Best Western Penn-Ohio Inn & Suites is a very pleasant surprise and a standout property in the area. The hotel is clean, well kept, and very reasonably priced. Rooms are comfortable, quiet despite being close to the interstate highway, and the room decor is excellent. The beds are comfy and the towels are top notch, soft, fluffy and clean. Guests note the bathroom was very clean and the hotel room was SO CLEAN. The staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating, nice, professional, and informative. The check-in experience is nice and booking, checking in and checking out is a breeze. Management is commended for having a very well-run property. Amenities include a decent exercise area and a nice breakfast with hot and quite good options. The hotel room Jacuzzi worked great and was very clean. Overall, this is one of the best Best Westerns many have ever stayed at, providing a very solid experience that would bring guests back.
Room was clean, beds are hard and lumpy and way past needing to be replaced.

Great staff, they accommodate room requests when able. Always able to get restful sleep after all day driving. Less than 2min from the interstate. Great Door Dash area.
