Always looked out for Your best interests , had answers to your questions, addressed you by name when you walked through the door ! If this is how their going to treat their best employees I’m NOT SURE I want to continue to do business here ! Once my loan I’ve kept in good standing & have maintained for over 20 plus yrs is paid off shortly ! I may be looking into other credit union avenue’s ! Breaks my heart hearing about how & who is no longer there ! I wish these ladies the best in any new adventures! At this point in my life closing in on retirement, if I have to make”

“This bank has been the best and most reliable for the years I've used it, however I had to remove a star for the new operating system as a whole. This was not a good switch, I have tried for several days now to simply call my bank and cannot get through to anyone. I remain on hold for up to an hour before giving up. Please fix your system or revert... It does not make me comfortable knowing I can't get through to anyone.”
