The pharmacy techs are very rude. Super unprofessional and sound like they absolutely HATE their lives. They act like you’re bothering them. Wild.
Sounds like they should find a different profession….preferably one that is not customer facing.

So now you cannot even call the pharmacy and have someone answer. The most that you can do is leave a message for a call back within an hour. 80 billion dollar company and they can’t answer the phone call. I will be switching pharmacies.

Excellent place to save money! Cashiers don’t want to do anything but stand around staring at themselves. No choice but to leave everything and go home. Useless. May as well not have any employees. I guess one of the employees was a manager.

Very easy to find what you want, and very helpful Pharmacy, prices are comparable with other places but the Pharmacy makes it better.

They would not fill my prescription after my 30 days ‘ due to “ filling it one day early 3 months ago stating I should have one extra dose, so they’d fill it in 7 days.”
This pharmacy is a joke & their logic is bunk.
Look at the reviews, less than 2.5 stars.
Oh, and if you’re waiting in the drive thru line for twenty mins at their lunch, they’ll shut the blinds on you if you make it to the window.
Wild stuff.

The pharmacist is very nice. The techs, especially the 2 working 04/01/2024 between 12 and 4 are both rude, unprofessional, and should NOT be in any customer service position. I am medical provider myself, and of the belief you should treat others the way you would like to be treated. I WILL be changing pharmacies

I took a picture of your delivery truck blocking the exit of the Pharmacy drive thru. Customers have to turn to the right and come around to the entrance since they can't go out thru the exit. I nearly collided with a customer that had to exit through the entrance of the drive thru as I was pulling in. Extremely dangerous. I did tell the clerk Carla that i eas shaken and she told me that she hears customers complain all the time about everything. She said all I could do is contact CVS and they will have to close the store down for deliveries. They have been doing this for 23 years. I think there is way beyter options than that. That eas uncalled for. I'm not returning. We have other pharmacies in town that people can go to.

I personally wanna say this pharmacy and its employee service is absolutely trash. Attitude trash. Filling possible life saving prescription trash. I also just wanna say because of this pharmacy and its employees mistake. My dog had seizure after seizure and went blind. I hope for any of you who do go to this pharmacy you’re re not going for any Important medication. Most importantly for the employees who work here maybe we can try a better system for actually keeping track of prescription! So possibly other animals or people don’t have to die or go blind because you can keep track of 1 prescription. Lastly to all of you their working just a friendly tip after you screw up don’t just keep saying sorry actually correct the issue and if you can’t there is obviously a problem.
