9:12 am 1/5/26 a male answered the phone, I called to inquire about a FedEx package I dropped off 7 days ago for shipping. He had zero interest in looking to see if it was misplaced. He had zero interest in taking my number to call me back if his attitude changed. He laughed at me when I said I would show with the police since this package will be reported stolen if not found.

Maps did not state it was inside of walgreens. I don't believe it is singage for it until you are in font of the fedex cubby. But there is a small hand sized sign at the bottom of the sliding doors in the bottom. There were no lights on even though the areaa was not due to close for another 3 hrs. This is strictly a pick up/ drop off location anything else go else where. There is nothing offere d here no tape or scossor or any assistance really. Come ready and have your gift/package wrap on a master level. Even if it came from the fedex store.

Don't bother calling the FedEx number. You'll end up in an auto attendant loop with no help whatsoever. Just call the store directly. Or use UPS. They're more reliable.

For sellers who are using FedEx Smartpost Labels, be sure to check and make sure there are 20 digits for tracking and not 22. Attempted to drop off a package and they would not accept it although I’ve done it half a dozen times successfully. The lady who helped was very considerate and tried her best but it wouldn’t go through. I ended up taking it to my local USPS and it worked, either Mercari or FedEx need to fix this issue.
