Buying a new vehicle after having the same car for over 10 years may be a stressful situation, but not at Greenwood Chevrolet in Hubbard. My new vehicle shopping was made easy, stress free and the sales man, Jason was awesome to work with. He did not push me to shop out ofmy price range and showed me the vehicles that I wanted to look at based on my price, options, and everything I wanted. After I found thr perfect vehicle for me the rest was easy peesy. And Diane did a magnificent job finding me the best loan with the best interest rate. So if you hate car shopping this is the place you need to go. Everyone was so nice and made you feel comfortable.

One thing about Hubbard Chevy is that they advertise that they will help you out in "No Matter What Situation You're In, We can Help You Out!" This is completely false, i came in today to get out of my current situation and i only had a trade in for a down payment. Then told me that i needed 3k to put down. Clearly I don't have 3k laying around to put down on a car. I didn't go any test drives and see if i liked the car i was planning on buying. This is the reason why i hate dealerships and after hearing that Hubbard Chevy would go out of their way to help you out when your are down on your luck, apparently they didn't do that with me.

My wife and I were in yesterday to meet with Jared. Truly the only place/sales person we purchase vehicles from. Just as in previous years, Jared was fantastic! Bought used 2018 Chevy Colorado from this dealer. Came with what they said was 2 free oil changes with filter and lube. Read the fine print and it says conventional oil and filter. GM has not used conventional oil in their vehicles for over 20 years, if I want my oil changed over $80.00. What a rip-off.Response from the owner 2 days agoI called Mr Hanna and explained to him that conventional oil means non diesel, he has 2 free full synthetic oil changes coming to him and he is bringing it in next week for his first of 2 free oil changes. Ive bought several vehicles from there, and my salesman Kenny did everything in his power to make me happy. Sadly Kenny left and i did buy my next new vehicle from him at another chevy dealer but still continued my service at Greenwood Hubbard Chevy. Last year i took my husband to Greenwood Hubbard Chevy Josh was our salesman, it was the worst experence EVER. He was rude, very short and didnt even go over the vehicle we bought, come to find out he has issues with samesex couples. Now to the service dept.....over the past three years the service dept has SEVERELY went down hill..I took my car in today for a 15k check up and to have my front and rear park assist installed, job that was only to take 2 hours took 6.5 hours no explanations, no nothing, this is not adding all the other multiple problems ive had in the sevice dept and would take to long to explain. So, my recommendation, GO ELSWHERE!!! BUYER BEWARE, AND PEOPLE WHO NEED SERVICE........GO ELSE WHERE!!!! MY NEXT VEHICLES WILL BE BOUGHT ELSWHERE AND IM LOOKING FOR A NEW SERVICE DEPT. I RARELY EVER POST THINGS THAT ARENT DEROGATORY BUT ANYMORE ITS GOTTEN TO BE TOO MUCH.

Josh and Tony are amazing! I was in a tough situation and they did everything they could to make sure I walked out with the car I wanted. It was the smoothest process ever! I will definitely be back to purchase in the future and sending as many referrals as I can.

I love this dealership and my salesman Jared! He has gone above and beyond to help me with my purchases.I do have a small concern with the Service Department. I dropped my truck off the night before, filled out the form, left my number and asked to be contacted via text. I got a text early the next morning saying I would be kept informed of the progress of my repairs. I wasn’t! I never received another text, phone call, nothing!I never knew if my vehicle was ready to pick up or if there was an issue. I picked up my truck the next morning, hoping that it was ready. I never did receive any notification or call saying it was ready! The communication between the service department and the customer needs to be much better.

Scheduled an appointment for 10am. Didn't hear from the service department by 4pm, so I called. I was informed they hadn't even looked at the car yet and asked If they could keep it over night. Apparently I shouldn't have dropped it off and waited with my car and something would've been done. Wasted a whole day for nothing.
