Met the owner and ended up talking with him for over an hour. He gave me a super in-depth tour of the range, showed me everything, and went way above and beyond what I expected. No pressure at all — just genuinely friendly and helpful.
That's exactly how small businesses should be run. Because of how well he treated me, he gained a new customer (I'll definitely be back to make some purchases) and a future regular range user.
