“Yeah the wait can be long if you go at a peak time like right when they open. I give them 5 stars because they always get my vein, it is quick and painless and there is no digging in my arm or trying 2-3 times to get a vein. I have had trouble in the past with phlebotomists finding my veins, here I have never had a problem. I will gladly wait an hour for good service. Thanks guys, you are great!”
