Bought gas and a car wash.
Sorely disappointed in the car wash no water was sprayed on the car yet they ran the dry brush cloth over my car twice then sprayed water blowed it off.
Car was still scratchy dirty leaving dirt and debris everywhere.
Went inside and complained, they sent me a new car wash for additional cost, and car was still dirty, lots of spots everywhere very disappointed. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know.
I had taken about 15 pictures it was so disappointed that I deleted them accidentally leaving this one then the timeline came up for me to write a review so I don't have those pictures at the moment but I will retrieve them and add them to this account
I am surely disappointed that car wash did not do what it was supposed to do.
My advice is don't waste your time and money

Been going here for gas and to get a cup of coffee, or a pop for a couple years. The girl behind the counter that's been there the longest is just obnoxious and rude. I'm so glad they remodeled and opened the Circle K across the street.

This is establishment is old, run-down and quite limited...but the reason I give it one star is due to the staff. The woman who works at 6:30a.m. on weekdays ( Corry, I believe...short blonde in her 40s) has NO business dealing with the public. Her bad attitude is apparent. This woman hates her job. She is rude, inconsiderate, sassy and very hostile toward most customers, at times...and she is the manager! Circle K has re-opened across the street and now has gas pumps. Something tells me that this place will be losing ALL of their morning business very soon ( starting with my own).

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst shell gas station I've ever been too. The assistant manager at the store is rude, argumentative and hostile to employees. She belittles and interacts poorly with the customers and it appears that Shell True North accepts her behavior. My family, friends and I will never give this station our business and advise others to do the same. Unless they want to be spoken to like they are a piece of scum by the nasty assistant manager.
