“I took my 2018 f150 to get a level kit and tires put on, 1st time they let me know my struts were leaking prior to install so i was able to get the replaced before instead of having to do the work twice. But once i got it in to have the work done, it not only was done faster than the quoted time, but looked great after the install. “I can not begin to express how amazing they are. We are from VA came to visit my father in law and the battery light comes on, My husband says he believes it's the alternator. I try quickly to find a mechanic near by because we were leaving the very next day. Called Pito's Auto Body (THANK YOU PITO)and he was very honest and said he was unable to fit us in the same day and told us to try Levinson they will do there best to get us in the same day. So we did, they ask us to leave our van there so he can check it but we had no other source of transportation to get back to my father in laws. Sooo they even offered to take us to his home and even pick us up. Who does that!!! We never had ANY mechaniac shop go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Long story short, yes it was the alternator and by 4:30 that evening they had our van all done. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, YOU ARE ALL AMAZING ?”

On various occasions I've gotten new rims, new tires, and even had a plug/patch done that I couldn't DIY like I normally would due to the positioning of the object that pierced the tread. Their prices have been fair, if not downright competitive, and I've had no issues with the quality of work done each time. I'm also notoriously a "walk-in client" and I've yet to have an unreasonably long wait time either....*knock on wood!* ??”

“My jeep broke down on Sunday & had to have it towed. Had it taken to Kerr's by recommendation. They were closed, I left a note with my key in the box. Called them first thing Monday morning. They had everything fixed (AND I added on replacing my front/rear brakes!)...by the end of the day! COMPLETELY impressed, awesome customer service& very reasonable pricing. When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. “They found my problem was in a series steering sensor and nobody was checking it and the car kept pulling into the left or sometimes a little bit to the right but not as much she would go more to the left so I took it to them for the third time AT and I went to two Flinn dealerships and the one in Hermitage Pennsylvania had my car and they found the issue and they corrected. It told me to drive it and to call him and let him know how I did going home. Well guess what it works like a brand, new car, and with a brand new steering but thank you very much for at least listening to me and fixing my problem.”
