“We cracked a low profile wheel. They temp patched it and referred us to a welder close by and we were back on the way to NY in a couple of hours. So kind and helpful. Felt lucky and grateful.”
“I ran over a nail and immediately headed to Flynn's to see if they could repair it. Not only did I get right in, our technician Paul was exceptional. We shared a laugh while he did his work. Fantastic service.”
“Great personable service with great advice on new tires and breaks. Wonderful family owned and operated business where a handshake still means something. Support local businesses they take great pride in their work and do a great job. Recommend tires and breaks from Elmo’s!”
“B&R did it again. Another satisfied customer. Matt was awesome to work with and had me in and out. Best deals in town as far as I'm concerned. I will definitely be back.”
“Fastest investors I've ever experienced inside a tire shop, I had to get on a road trip and they were able to help me the moment I got there. I didn't even have to get out of the car! Also very affordable”
“Great prices and super nice people! Got me right in checked to see if they wanted me to have the donut put on instead of pushing to sell me a tire! Didn't have one so I bought used and it was a great price. Super thankful to them, stranded in Youngstown, having to get to work, and frazzled! they got me back on road within an hour for cheap. Couldn't of gotten better! Thanks so much!”
“Accidentally left my purse @ Goodyear a couple nights ago. Dan, an employee there, saw it on the stoop outside the shop that night, & told a friend of mine the next day. I went & picked it up this morning. Dan went beyond the job requirements, on my behalf. He is an excellent employee at Goodyear!”
“Danae and Justin were amazing! I walked inside and immediately felt comfortable and like I was important just like everyone else, and dan looked at my car and pulled me into the garage to show me what was needed for an alignment to be done correctly. Unfortunately I need to get work myself done, so it was nothing they did! They were honest and saved me the stress! they seem like very kind hearted and honest people. very hard to come across. They won’t take your money unless they have to! they are at the top with MIDAS! Two very good companies. to sit there and explain everything and show you everything is rare. keep up the good work gals and guys! ❤ I went back after I got my work done and they took care of me.”
“I take my family fleet of automobiles to Kerr's and have never been dissatisfied with their services. Prices are fair and reasonable, everyone is polite and friendly and knowledgeable.”
“I have bought 2 sets of tires for 2 different vehicles and they have always given me the best price. On my most recent visit, they had trouble doing the alignment, it took 3 attempts, but the issue was solved. They are very honest and easy to work with. They care about your experience. Thanks, everyone who helped!”
“I love these guys. Very knowledgeable about rims and tires. I bought rims for my car and my truck here. They went out of their way to find the rims I wanted when they weren't in stock. Fair prices on everything. They did a nice job on my front end alignment as well.”
“Knuckle Busters has been taking care of our cars forever. They service my kids cars now, too. I would never send my kids somewhere that wasn’t exceptional service.”
“Dante came out same day to take care of a blown out tire. From the moment he arrived he was respectful, knowledgeable, diligent and kind. The whole experience using Ziegler Tire was 10/10 and Dante is an exceptional worker! Thanks for going above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of!”
“Professional, personable amd priced well. Very good people with great knowledge of mechanics. Pulled no punches and fed me no BS. Highly recommend for all your automotive needs.”
“Fantastic auto care center. Fair, honest, and open. GREAT communications -- kept me informed at all points. Did what was best for me and my vehicle and my wallet. Steve is outstanding at what he does and knows what he's talking about and communicates well. Tom is the diamond in this place's crown: genuinely listens, cares about the customer, works hard, and knows what he's talking about.”
“Purchased 4 new tires, Frankie and his co workers did an amazing job with installing and balancing in a very timely fashion, great customer service, the environment was very clean also I will be going no where else when it comes to tires. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with shady shops and this place is definitely a place that cares about their customers and their cars.”
“This was a great experience. I had a flat. They quickly quoted me a reasonable price to replace my exact tire. No upsell. In and out within 40 minutes. Would go again for any other purpose.”
“Had to get an emergency tire replacement about 30 minutes before closing. Absolutely wonderful service, Caleb and Kolby stayed after closing to get us up on the road again in less than an hour. Incredibly thankful for their assistance.”
