“I had a safety recall on my brand new RV generator and called them after being frustrated by the dealer closest to me. In 5 minutes they had me scheduled and promised to get me in and out as soon as possible. They already knew about my issue and didn't need much info. I just finished up with the appointment and had a great experience. They got me in and out and went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and informed. They also gave me some great tips and trick to help save me some maintenance down the road. The guys name was Jeff and he was great! Highly recommended!”

“My experience here was very pleasant. I was recommended by family to take my vintage ford truck transmission here for diagnosis. They were able to schedule me in very quickly and called me as soon as they had information for me. Due to the expense of parts for my particular application, it would be more cost to rebuild than source a full replacement. They charged me standard labor rate to inspect my transmission. It was very fair and the information and advice they were able to give for my project was worth every cent. If you have a classic or vintage transmission, or any newer models, I would not hesitate to stop in, or call. This shop has been in business for 65 years and has received recognition by the state of Ohio. I believe that would make them experts 9 times over at this point.”

“They did a wonderful job, were super helpful and went above and beyond. Even when everyone else told us it would be weeks or unavailable completely to get our back windshield -because our car is old and a discontinued Cadillac model from 2001, the man there got ahold of salvage yards and found the window we needed. He went and got it from the salvage yard and replaced it onto our car for a fourth of the price as it would’ve been from other places. He cleaned the glass up completely and even removed it from our sons car seat. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again !”
