Great experience here. I brought in a trailer with a carrier x4 7500 that was giving an "alternator not charging" alarm on the pretrip. I arrived, gave the service writer my information and the technician came out and replaced the alternator just like that. I wish all transicold service centers were this efficient and interested on getting drivers back on the road quickly! 5/5 service. Highly recommended.

my freightliner Cascadia had very thick smoke coming out of the exhaust. I was worried it was the turbo and called around until I was fortunate to find this repair shop. My truck was brought into the garage less than 30 minutes after arriving and they gave me amazing and professional service. Their establishment was very clean and comfortable especially in the waiting area. They got my truck in and out within the same business day, only took a few hours. The work was done very quickly, and I was very satisfied with my experience. You should definitely trust your equipment with this Youngstown Ohio location!

they stole my $314..!! MONEY TRAP..! My truck was missing power they cheked and said truck’s promlem inlet manifold sensor conected broke they charged $314 for change. my truck still have missing power, they dont understand mechanic job. My advice is definitely STAY AWAY.!!!

Called about getting some tcm programming done. Said they could do it same day. Dropped off and done within an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at the counter would highly recommend.

Treble service no knowledge I come to the shop my 2016 carrier unit 4x 7300 is shot down twice by itself. I tell them to make diagnosis to figure out the issue after spending one hour the mechanic come to me he did a pri trip inspection and diagnosis nothing wrong found with it and his telling me I did software update after he opened the buy to hack up my trailer shot down again after spending anther one hour telling me changed a sensor. He said Good to go i get a charge $500 dollars I drive 2 hours then shot down again this is very bad service luck of knowledge I don't recommended any one to come this place I wish I could give them zero stars but it's not option.i will never ever come back this place ?.
