They are not helpful in the store. Run a business screen cracked and they can't help retrieve my msg or anything for that matter the store are just to sign people up. Joke I'll be switching companies.

Jasmine is very professional and she is an obvious technical expert at all the details involved with her job.
I seriously recommend that she is promoted to a position in which she is teaching new recruits for the company.
Further, she has the personality to deal with customers who are having to grasp with the technical details and frustration of learning a new technology.
Cell phones are in a totally different league from when black and white television sets were introduced to the American market in the 1950s.

I worked with Dylan at the Huber Heights store he was so patient. No high pressure sales but took time to get me exactly what would work for me. I have never done a Google review but was so impressed with the service I had to do one.

We got what we went for but unfortunately the process seemed rushed. There was barely any communication on the upgrade in question. I understand that it was close to closing time but I would rather be told to come back another date for a more proper service than rush the process and skip a few steps.

We went in to upgrade my wife’s phone and Allison did a great job explaining the process to us and helping us get the best phone for my wife! She was very busy but managed helping every customer with care and professionalism.

We were on a road trip and my wife’s SIM card died. We stopped here, and Dylan did an amazing job getting it fixed and getting us back on the road. While everything was updating, he also checked to see what deals we were eligible for and let me know we could upgrade both my wife’s and daughter’s phones for a lower payment than we are paying now.
We made it a point to stop back on our way home to make the upgrade. Allison helped us through the process and was super helpful.
If we lived in the area, this would be where we would go for all our AT&T needs!

This store has best customer service, came in about my phone and the rep recommended to upgrade my phone instead of fixing it because I’ll be paying more to fix it and saved money.

Worst location ever! Employees provide false information! Are not trained properly, because I trusted their word, I end up paying over $700 on my bill. Because I did exactly what employee to do at this location! And when I came to ask what happened all I was told is I’m sorry and I still had to pay the bill. It is second time now I’m being misinformed about their promotion. And end of the month I get extra charges. I went back to confirm why im being charged. All they could tell me is I’m sorry. Over all. If you don’t want any extra charges on your bill avoid this location! Go to corporate store to get your stuff taken care of on professional basis. Employee I dealt with is Saraj. I have added picture of another review about same issue! WORST LOCATION EVER! Employees are not trained and they are miss informing customers!

I have nothing but good things to say about this At&t store. The gentlemen I delt with was chill, helpful, and found a discount for us without even asking. We stopped in to trade our phones in being that we switched to at&t from Verizon at our local best buy location because as a total tech member I get free phone insurance. I expected it to be a headache because honestly it was a pain to get 4 lines transfered at best buy but it all worked out. Thank you At&t in Huber heights for being professional and really good at providing service outside of the sale!!!!!

Went in to upgrade and add a phone, purchased a pair of ear buds I thought outright, but no, they put them on a payment plan without my knowledge for full price. They also added a $6.00 charge per phone incase I want an early upgrade. No one told me of these charges. Make sure to check your bill closely and do not trust what they are telling you. It's been almost 6 months and I'm still dealing with shady charges.

We had several issues while attempting to bundle our internet/phone service. Cody did not link our accounts together, so we didn't receive the promotional discount when we received our bill. He also sent the equipment order to the old address in the account, despite being told not to. To top it all off, he misspelled the names and emails on the account, making us unable to see any statements. Would not recommend this location.

Called around 11:25 this morning to get my iPhone carrier unlocked as my phone is payed off and I am giving it to someone else, the man who answered the phone directed me to the customer service line. Was not polite whatsoever, did not say hello, how’s it going anything, and then proceeded to hang up on me. Now I know which AT&T not to do business with!
