“I was in the middle of an 18-hour drive when my engine began overheating. I called Meineke and they were able to see me right away, determining I had a blown radiator. Being a weekend with many shops/dealerships/supply stores closed, it seemed like I would be staying in Ohio for a night or two. However, Mark called just about every possible contact in his phone and managed to find one radiator that fit my car. In just a few hours, the radiator had been delivered and installed thanks to this amazing team.”

Long story short, an un-insured driver hit my 2019 Honda Civic and left her basically totaled due to being a front + rear damage :( But, fortunately for this team, they took my almost gone care and made her brand new in under a month! “If you're coming in off the highway the docks are going to be on your Blind Side but there's a truck turn around about half a mile down the road so you can turn around come back and sight side to the dock. You'll be blocking traffic as your back into the dock but the road isn't that busy. I was here at 7:00 a.m. and traffic wasn't too bad maybe one or two cars every couple of minutes. They got me unloaded fairly quickly. However unloaders don't arrive until 7:30 but the people who were here told me where to back in so I was backed in by the time they got here.”

“The assistant manager Caleb is a wonderful asset to the Huber Heights AAA! I’ve previously spoke to him when he worked there as the service advisor and was happy he was back when I walked in the door today. He orders them from his go to store with good prices that have a warranty. He also works on Both are Toyota Avalons and my Toyota RAV4. Always excellent work. “Normally, I wouldn't get my tires serviced at a business with 2.7 stars, but I was in a bind and needed something quick, so I gave them a chance. I'm glad I did, as I was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and the gentleman who helped me was friendly (I'm sorry, I forgot to get his name) and helped me with all of my questions.
