“I'd give 100 stars if I could! My boss has been singing Bobby's praises for years and every word is well-earned. He saved my butt yesterday, coming to the rescued when my car battery shut down for the third time in one day just a mile or two down the road from the shop. He was able to get my car to the shop, replaced the battery, terminals, and corroded connector, and I had my car back within a couple hours tops. He was professional, friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. Not being particularly car savvy myself, I felt comfortable in my understanding of the work to be done. I will most definitely use them again and have already started recommending them to family and friends!Service: Auto battery replacement”

Once there , he noticed a brake light out and changed it without even being asked. EXACTLY ? the reason I prefer this place. They go above and beyond, and it's my favorite location and the only place that I like to go , when it comes to my car. They took a few extra minutes and did everything the way they should. If something does go wrong and they will eventually because some customers come in with a noise and the tech finds a noise in three places fixes 2 of them however not the noise the person hears, people get upset. However, Mike has tried to fix the problem being as customer friendly as possible.”

“Oh my these folks saved our bacon a couple months back. Was in town for a concert across the street and had - what I thought - major engine issues. Hey, when the car shuts off and won’t start I think it’s a major deal.These folks took my car in and quickly assessed the issue and tightened up the belts causing my issues and sent us on our way home. Wonderful guys to deal with and had a great attitude even though it was pouring down rain.”

“I had a coupon for the $64.99 winterization package which went smoothly. My car needed for synthetic oil which costed a bit more but Caleb was fully transparent as to why and didn't try to sell me on anything. He also told me some stuff that would need to be looked at in the future, and did not pressure me into making an appointment to get it looked at. They also went the extra mile with the package and did a full inspection of my car to make sure everything was in order for the season ahead. Good service all in all.”
