“I commute over two hours every day, so when one of my 20-inch Falken Wildpeaks started leaking air, I was incredibly stressed. I initially took my truck to Discount Tire, and they completely refused to touch it, claiming the hole couldn't be patched. They basically told me I'd have to shell out big money for a brand new replacement.
Thankfully, I brought it over to Neace Tire on Valley Street for a second opinion. The crew there was fantastic. Instead of trying to upsell me on an expensive new tire, they actually took the time to look at the problem. They were able to get the tire fully patched up for just $30. It’s holding pressure perfectly now.
They provide extremely affordable and quality service without the corporate runaround. If you need an honest tire shop that actually wants to help you out instead of just making a quick buck, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”
“I can’t thank Kettering Oakwood Automotive enough! While driving, I had multiple warning lights all come on at once, notifying me of the possibility of imminent power failure of my car. My brake booster was about to go out and thank god they didn’t push me off or overcharge me… I was about to drive to Kentucky and I’m glad I didn’t until i got it fixed. I thought I needed new brakes but they told me my brakes still had 80 % life left and I didn’t need to change them. Highly recommended!”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. Nate was very transparent and helpful throughout this whole experience. I went to the Honda dealership for an oil change and asked them to check my car because it was leaking. They told me it would be a $1600 fix for a new timing belt (which I just got repaired) and to fix an oil leak. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I took it to Nate.
He was very transparent with pricing and very thorough in explaining what was going on. I didn’t feel talked down to, he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It was a great experience overall. Thanks Nate!”
“I had an above and beyond experience with the service department at Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton.
I found a bolt in my tire after getting off work and started making calls around 3:50–3:55 that afternoon. I first called Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek, where I normally take my vehicle, and asked if they could either patch the tire or provide me with a loaner. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help with either.
I called Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton next and explained the situation. They didn’t have a loaner available either, but instead of just turning me away, they told me to bring it in and they’d get me taken care of.
These guys stayed over to make sure my tire was taken care of and got me back on the road as quickly as they could. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and made me feel like they actually cared about getting me taken care of, even though I wasn’t a regular customer of their service department.
That kind of customer service goes a long way with me. They took what could have been a really frustrating end to my workday and made it about as easy as possible.
Honestly, the experience was good enough that when it’s time for our next vehicle, I’ll probably come back and take a look at their inventory too. If this is how they take care of someone who didn’t even buy their vehicle there, that says a lot.

“My service was excellent. I had a nail in my tire and it was changed Johnnie on the spot. I just had to wait a little time for them to get the tire. My service was very good and my weight was not long.. The only bad thing that happened while I was there before I could get out of my car and go to the waiting area and gentleman asked me to get out of his car. He insisted that I was in his car. Another service man had to tell him to leave me alone that was not his car. His car was parked outside.Lol”
