“I commute over two hours every day, so when one of my 20-inch Falken Wildpeaks started leaking air, I was incredibly stressed. I initially took my truck to Discount Tire, and they completely refused to touch it, claiming the hole couldn't be patched. They basically told me I'd have to shell out big money for a brand new replacement. Thankfully, I brought it over to Neace Tire on Valley Street for a second opinion. The crew there was fantastic. Instead of trying to upsell me on an expensive new tire, they actually took the time to look at the problem. They were able to get the tire fully patched up for just $30. It’s holding pressure perfectly now. They provide extremely affordable and quality service without the corporate runaround. If you need an honest tire shop that actually wants to help you out instead of just making a quick buck, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great experience with C&D Collision. My truck needed extensive repairs after an accident, and Charlie and the team did an excellent job from start to finish. Charlie kept me updated throughout the process, communication was great, and the truck came back looking and driving great. You can tell they take pride in their work and make sure things are done correctly. I’d definitely recommend C&D Collision to anyone needing quality collision repair.”

“I can’t thank Kettering Oakwood Automotive enough! While driving, I had multiple warning lights all come on at once, notifying me of the possibility of imminent power failure of my car. It was a little scary to say the least. I showed up with no appointment and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue while I waited. They explained everything clearly and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of the repair on my Tesla. The communication was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was involved in the repair and why the estimate was what it was—and he stuck to it. The finished result is flawless. Repairing deep dents on a body line to the point that they completely disappear takes an exceptional level of skill. His craftsmanship speaks for itself, and I highly recommend him. Thanks, Gary!!!”

“Life Savers! Price was extremely good. Very professional. Employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. My brake booster was about to go out and thank god they didn’t push me off or overcharge me… I was about to drive to Kentucky and I’m glad I didn’t until i got it fixed. I thought I needed new brakes but they told me my brakes still had 80 % life left and I didn’t need to change them. Highly recommended!”

“Had a great experience at Muffler Brothers. The service was quick, honest, and a great value. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsells. What really stood out was the shop manager, Tim Chandler. It was a hot day, and he went out of his way to turn on the AC in the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. That kind of personal attention and customer service is hard to find these days. The work was done quickly, the price was fair, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that treats customers right, I highly recommend Muffler Brothers.”

“Dropped my car off to have a plastic trim piece fixed, the tabs weren’t seated right. Called ahead and stopped by for a quote first. Dave was great to work with the whole time. He quoted me nothing to fix it and when it was done he still wouldn’t take any payment. Will definitely be going back to him for any future work. Highly recommend.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. Nate was very transparent and helpful throughout this whole experience. I went to the Honda dealership for an oil change and asked them to check my car because it was leaking. They told me it would be a $1600 fix for a new timing belt (which I just got repaired) and to fix an oil leak. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I took it to Nate. He was very transparent with pricing and very thorough in explaining what was going on. I didn’t feel talked down to, he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It was a great experience overall. Thanks Nate!”

“Went to Edwards just wanting a general price to replace the engine in my Suburban. I ended up having them replace the engine and they did an outstanding job. There were a few little issues, but they resolved them for me as they happened. I really liked the honesty and general care for the customer attitude, even though there were irritating issues that happened. It takes a lot to impress me in this day and age we live in, and I will defiantly take my cars back to them for service as needed.”

“I had a blow out on my home from work yesterday. I called Jamie's and talked to Courtney around 11am today, over the phone she helped me pick out the right tires and had an appointment for me set up same day at 230. Very hassle free just dropped the car and key off came back a couple hours later. Unlike their competition, when they called to tell me the car was ready they didnt try to sell me 100 different things or tell me my car is about to explode. This is probably the least stressful and most friendly mechanic experience I have ever had. This place saved me alot of time and head ache.Great tires, great prices and great people. 11/10 would recommend!”

“I had an above and beyond experience with the service department at Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton. I found a bolt in my tire after getting off work and started making calls around 3:50–3:55 that afternoon. I first called Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek, where I normally take my vehicle, and asked if they could either patch the tire or provide me with a loaner. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help with either. I called Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton next and explained the situation. They didn’t have a loaner available either, but instead of just turning me away, they told me to bring it in and they’d get me taken care of. These guys stayed over to make sure my tire was taken care of and got me back on the road as quickly as they could. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and made me feel like they actually cared about getting me taken care of, even though I wasn’t a regular customer of their service department. That kind of customer service goes a long way with me. They took what could have been a really frustrating end to my workday and made it about as easy as possible. Honestly, the experience was good enough that when it’s time for our next vehicle, I’ll probably come back and take a look at their inventory too. If this is how they take care of someone who didn’t even buy their vehicle there, that says a lot. Huge thank you to the service team at Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton. TJ, Jason and the service team that got me back on the road you guys absolutely earned the five stars!”
