We took our three dogs of varying breeds and sizes there and the staff was great with all of them! Our one dog wasn’t in the mood and they were very patient and understanding. We will definitely be back!

I’ve had two Saturday appts and no one has showed up. Sat in the parking lot for over an hour. No one answers the phone. No one returns calls. It’s more stress than it’s worth to deal with them.

My dog broke a toenail on her front left & right paw while chasing a ball. She got them them hooked on a heat vent in the floor. They were broken to the nerve. She was in so much pain.Two of the main ladies/groomers were absolutely amazing with her! They made huge efforts as soon as I got there & more importantly succedd.

Made an appointment for 8:20 this morning. Showed up early to find doors locked, lights off and no one in the building. Tried to call multiple times with no answer and left messages with no call back. Waited in the parking lot for over a half hour while 2 other cars also waited with their pets as well and no one ever showed. My girl gets car sick so not only did I waste my time and gas to go up to this place, but I put my pup through a car ride up there for nothing! Would not recommend this place at all!

I would have given 5 stars but the older lady with the long grey hair that works their really rubbed me the wrong way , spoke to me with impatience and a attitude when I was voicing the concern I had about my big dog getting his nails cut, she laughed at me when I was confused about pricing (which was no big deal at all ! I had thought I was at Tracey’s because the address for Tracey’s is the same as their address) just came off very unwelcoming and rude . ON THE OTHERHAND ! The younger lady with short hair and the young gentleman that worked there were amazing and very kind, comforted me about my concerns and treated my 3 dogs with the utmost respect I give them both 5 stars and would recommend 100% the rude old lady I would give 0 stars and would recommend she learns how to treat people with kindness .

Oh my gosh. These people are amazing. Amy picked up my little scared Odie and just loved on him. When I picked him up they had posed him for a picture and put it in a Christmas card for me. A really nice place that I will continue to take my pups to.
