We just bought a dishwasher for my mother. Working with TJ at the Huber store was great! He was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, helped us narrow our search, and backed away to let us make decisions. He was also funny and great to work with...a big plus in our book! I loved the ability to know where we were on the delivery schedule list for the day, and the ability to keep track of the truck and the adjusted delivery time. The delivery guys were courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend Big Sandy's, and most certainly will shop there again.

Devon was tremendously helpful and very easy to work with. The store itself is beautiful, with a great mix of more contemporary designs. It's nice to see the different levels of quality available, and that some of this furniture is American made. I highly recommend this store.

*** Update: So, everything started smoothly at this location with my order. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, things changed when I had to re-order my merchandise. I was told that my merchandise would be in around the beginning of the year Since it was not currently in stock. Let’s just say I am still waiting on this merchandise to arrive. This store sent the wrong piece of furniture out to my home and I wasn’t even aware until I called and made them aware that the wrong piece of merchandise had been delivered. I’m assuming since this piece of furniture was $100 more than the one that I ordered, they immediately came back out to pick it up. I’m just getting a bunch of back-and-forth and no direct answer from this store. I was told that I cannot be refunded without being penalized because it was a special order. That is crazy to me! This has been the biggest inconvenience for me because we’re making payments on merchandise and we haven’t even received it. One thing is for sure, once I finally receive my merchandise, I will never shop here at the store ever again!
