I'm just confused why boost needs a store when every time I go in they tell me they can't help me with what I need and I need to do it online. It's quite frustrating always being told no in person. Then if you call they make you wait more than 30 minutes every darn time. Boost overall is quite frustrating, glad im with Verizon now.

Worst possible retailer around!!! Bought a phone had it 8 days with insurance!! Was told not their problem when I told them the speaker went out. When I ask to speak with a manager the kid at the counter said oh I don’t know when he works? I asked is a district manager or someone upper management available oh uhhh I’m not sure I just work here?? How do you work here and no nothing?? I left my name and number for a manager to call me back to no success. How is the manager too scared to call a customer with a problem back? Will be cancelled service and going elsewhere. To anyone reading I suggest the same! Stay away from Brandt pike location in Huber heights!

Barry was more than helpful and awesome! He helped recommending the best phone for us, along with a great deal and smooth activation. He walked us through issues from our previous carrier and we overall had a more pleasant experience than we have had with any phone store. (Even while dealing with a rowdy 3 year old ) 10/10 will refer friends to this location!

I love this place but I’m still having trouble receiving one text on my new phone but respond to my old phone. Everybody else I can call and text except that one person. They have great service

Horrible Customer service. Incompetent employees. The guy was rude. I went in their because I bought a Samsung A32. I woke up and the screen was black. As I was in their, the employee was more interested speaking Arabic to whoever he was talking to on the phone, then he was with me. The guy is a LIAR, told me my phone is not under warranty. So I just bought the 33 days ago and it's out of warranty. My receipt read 1 year warranty. I would advise to stay away far from. This store.

The guy in the store was very friendly and helped me a lot understood my problem and helped me solve it. Thank God for this store because the one in Troy, Oh., who knows when that one is ever open. Ha?
