I spoke to the man who said he was the manager. I left my name & number about a unit soon to be available. I called back three times. He never called back. He never told me anything after the first meeting in the office. The fees were high but I needed a place for my household items as I had recently sold my home. I do not recommend this business.

Very friendly staff, the process was quick and simple. Prices are better than other storage units I researched. The units are nice, clean and the 10 x 30 that I am renting has two roll up doors for easy loading and unloading.

Roy from Troy is a hypocrite that smoke crack tells costumer i sell drugs and store drugs in my storage unit I have been told by 2 people I don't even know that rent units there come tell me this because they don't like little boy Roy from Troy and makes lies about other people who i don't know that have units there even my wife told me he was trying to hit on her he even locks me out of the storage when I am paid up on the rent he is just a punk boy that should learn how to fight fast because clock is ticking thank you Roy from Troy you did me a favor

Brandt Storage is a good place. Gravel roads between the storage buildings, but the units are large and well built.

I have been a customer of this storage facility for the last 2 years. I’ve had other storage facilities in the past, so I have other facilities to compare it to. Brandt Self Storage, is without a doubt the best storage facility around. The staff is extremely personable , respectful, and most of all helpful. The prices are extremely good (especially for what you get). I love this place and wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. Check them out for yourself. You’ll see why I feel the way I do!

Units and property are very clean and well maintained. They walk the property daily.... take security seriously. Bob who works in the office is always very helpful and extremely friendly.
