Nasty, horrible, condescending, attitude from the young woman with dark hair. My mom has been a chase customer for 30+ years and I was told they’re the only place in the area to change foreign currency, after they asked me to come inside, had me wait, the woman scoffed, disgusted, rolled her eyes repeating that I wasn’t a customer and said try the airport. Who would want to become a customer with treatment like that?

My sister went in on 11-7-24 (around 1pm) to get a check cashed and to start a bank account. The lady told her to "just go to a check cashing place" and that her co-worker didn't have time to set her bank account up. That she just "just do it online". I really wish she would have gotten her name. Obviously, no one in our family would ever do business there now.

I always have great service here anytime I have to actually go in. The tellers are very friendly I have been with Chase for many years and I have no complaints.

I like Chase, but the powers that are have taken Chase out of Fairborn. The Chase atms were taken out as well. I know that maintaining the atms would cost money, but they are a billion $ company.

EDIT: broken atm. Haven’t even bothered to put a sign up to keep people from wasting their time.Can’t review chase the company so I’ll review my branch. Setup a business banking account, received one test payment.That payment was held over eight days then get this, Sunday morning while nobody’s even at work I get three emails that my account has been closed due to high risk, and they’re refunding the all payments received (thank god I only did one test payment) and that I have no recourse. Based on a decision by an automated system on Sunday morning, and for a business at that. Chase couldn’t fail any harder at what’s it should be doing, but all anyone involved cares about is shareholders and they have fully taken the masks off.

Just trying to call this branch to see if they have a notary. had to be transferred multiple times to be on the line with the actual branch only to be told that they were busy and couldn't take my call. the call was ended automatically after being on hold for 10 minutes.

Two employees were involved in my transaction and they had very bad attitude. One of them walked away while talking to me and the second one was also very rude.One of them were Jenny.Not happy with the customer service they provided.

Dont bank here if you like indoor plumbing. No restrooms. Well at least dont do any business that takes time like mortgages or other loans, IRA’s. Etc
