I called to order RX last week for needles for my insulin pen. Cvs says didn't receive prescription dr said it was, blame sent back and forth for4 days. Today dr put in emergency request and finally CVS me text will be ready tomorrow. I do not have needles and cannot take insulin. Per pharmacist Matt I can buy needles with no insurance. Needles not available on insurance but available if I pay for them?? CVS receives 1,000s of dollars for Medicare for me and 100s more from my co pay monthly. To add insult pharmist Matt hung up on me.
They also have received money for covid RSV and shingles vaccines. They blame everything on computers. Computers are only as good as people who use them. Maybe payments should be based on service instead of excuses.

The people that drive through are always friendly when I pick up my prescriptions. This is the only drug store that has ever had the pharmacist talk to me because they noticed that taking two of my medications together would cause a problem.

Had a 90 day prescription, but I only got ~30 capsules. When I called about it, the lady was not only unhelpful, but extremely rude asking me, "What am I supposed to do about it?". She told me I had to pay out of pocket for the rest of the capsules after already paying for 90 because I didn't tell them immediately. Afterwards, I called a different CVS (who was extremely helpful and understanding). They told me to call the previous CVS back, so I did. When I did, it was a different lady (who was also nice). After telling them my information, I could hear the first lady yelling, "I told her she had to pay out of pocket". Never getting my prescription here again, and I would advise others not to either.

Tried to have a prescription called in here. After a couple days we called to check in and they said they had it and were filling them that day. After a couple more days of not hearing back, we called again just for them to tell us they have no record of our prescription anywhere. Also sat on hold for nearly 20 mins just for them to pick it up and immediately hang up without ever speaking to me.

Website says pharmacy open until 6pm, just went thereat 1pm, and they had security windows down and were closed. This is the least reliable pharmacy ever!!! ????

Went to the pharmacy to pick up meds for family. Didn’t have everything but didn’t say anything. Called and the phone system the have is absolutely terrible.

I was just in to get my ears checked and found out I have an ear infection. The minute clinic practitioner was really nice and very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and I was out of there quick ?

I will not go back in that store. I was the only customer to be followed and watched in the entire store. Thanks for the great customer service.
