Yeah they're okay. But they really need to keep someone at the register. And when there are more than two or three people in a line they need to get a second person up at the register

They have great customer service, good deals, and the Fed Ex drop off service was fairly quick and easy to do.

Handed them my package, showed the prepaid return on my phone & they gave me a tracking number. Except for waiting for 1 person in line it doesn't get much better.
