Called for a tow from my house to the shop that recommended Hollis. They said it'd be about 2 hours, understandable. About an hour and 45 mins later a tow truck pulls up... sits directly infront of the car its supposed to tow and then leaves... I wait 20 minutes and call Hollis back, guy on the phone says I'll transfer you to dispatch, they don't answer.
Currently waiting on AlreadyThereTowing... wish me luck 😐

Great customer service, son needed car towed, fast pick up and very friendly driver. Would definitely call them again if we needed another tow ( but hoping we never have to make that call again). Great company

My only complaint is they were early and I wasn't 100% ready but very professional very fast
Got it done pretty quick a matter of fact I think they're the only ones that answer the phone on Saturday morning.
Price was very much in line with the industry standard.

Quick service for pick up and communication. Only critic I have is how my check was written out. Driver’s writing was not very legible and would forget letters in my name and writing out how much the check was to be. Thankfully my bank didn’t make a fuss.
