My Jackson Hewitt tax representative was very nice, courteous, and professional. She was very smart and knowledgeable. She was so thorough that I thought She could work for the IRS. She asked all the right questions and gave us every tax break that we were éligible for. She helped us with things that we would of never thought of. I liked her a lot. The best I've ever seen!

The gentleman I had was rude! Even forgot to file 2 of my forms! Hands down worst experience I've ever had! I paid 4k in taxes and paid 240 for this bum to file my taxes! Just to get nothing in return at the end of the year??? Real awesome time we live in
