“I needed a battery replaced in my Tag chrono, so off to James Free in the Hills I went. First time in right off the bat super attentive & courteous staff. After detailing my need I was quickly introduced to Chris in sales. Very enthusiastic & eager to help! Very basic service though, he took the time to explain in careful details, along with care for timepiece examination. Found a minor flaw and assured me it would not affect the process. So off I went and in wait for the return of service. To my surprise the service took less time, so back I went in anticipation! To my delight all was satisfactory & my timepiece looked amazing. Chris showed me new product line in my guilt pleasure of watch collecting. He listened & was very informative in product knowledge. Backstory : Last December, my mother handed me her gold watch as she was passing and I so wanted to wear it but it was just too large. So I took it to Shwartz and they fixed it on the spot with respect and sympathy for my loss. Last night my boyfriend said we should get engaged so guess where our rings will be from ? Shwartz!”

“My family started patronizing Estate Jewelry and Coins on Main Street in Dayton OH about 5 or 6 years ago, we had some old jewelry and gold we wanted to sale. Jim was great, we got a fair price and he was very customer friendly.Jim is a true craftsman and he has connections to other qualified craftsmen. Recently I lost a couple of stones from a ring that was intricately designed and the ring could not be salvaged. I was devastated. My husband, (with Jim's assistance), designed a ring, chose a different crown, and picked out a stone. Jim had our design completed and back in the shop in a very timely fashion. The ring is lovely and I am well satisfied with the total effect.He has proven to be a man of his word and has always shown himself to be very knowledgeable about his craft.We really appreciate the service we received from Jim and his family at Estate Jewelry and Coins on Main Street and we look forward to many more transactions.”

“My (now) fiance and I were really excited to see the amount of estate jewelry available, because I wanted to get a secondhand engagement ring. There was also a great assortment of new items, but I was mainly interested in the estate jewelry. Robbie was so nice and helpful, and helped suggest different rings to try based on my feelings about each style I tried. We also were both able to get sized and had the easiest time picking out wedding bands.
We ended up finding the most gorgeous estate diamond ring for an incredible price. There were so many beautiful and quality pieces, I could not have made a bad choice. On thanksgiving morning my fiance proposed to me and I still can't stop staring at it! Robbie sized it perfectly and I am so happy with it!
I saw a bunch of other beautiful rings with all sorts of stones when I was there as well, and plan to go back and pick out some other beautiful pieces going forward.
