Quick and efficient. I like that they pull the air filters to show you. They try to upsell things, but it is a business. Everyone has been very kind and all were helpful when discussing the actual need for different services.

I was told I needed new front and rear brakes at $495 each. I was also told I had sludge in my oil and they needed to put something in it for $130. I refused all, took my car to my mechanic who said I need rear brakes only for $285. Jiffy Lube was trying to charge me $1120 and I didn't need 2/3 things done.

The drain plug was stripped out and was leaking oil by the time I got home. I returned to the shop and they replaced it for free very quickly.
