Terry the pharmacist was not the first person at this pharmacy to be rude to me but she will be the last. I will never use this pharmacy again. I’ve only been local to the area for 3 months and every encounter I’ve had at this pharmacy they act like they are completely miserable. I’ve had various other issues here such as them putting my prescription back after filling it because it cost over $100, not refilling prescriptions when on auto fill etc. those are all mistakes I can look past but their attitude is not a mistake and I won’t look past it anymore. I hope they can find it within themselves to find another job if working here makes them that unhappy that they are rude to so many customers (look at the other reviews here, clearly I’m not the first person to have this experience). As people working in the healthcare industry and giving medications out to people with various conditions, they should have a kinder approach. You never know what people are going through.

I will never use this pharmacy again. the clerk was so rude to me just because i showed up 5 mins after open. Acted like 5 prescription is so hard fill. There wasnt even anything to count out. And even so, I guess counting past 5 is rocket science for some people. I have no problem with waiting for anything, but i dont undsrstand why some people have to be so rude about it. I satin the lobby because what else am I going to do with 101 fever. Took an hour... to grab flu meds off a shelf and hand it to me? Go float yourself Kroger Pharmacy.

The staff acts as if it will kill them to actually answer the phone. I had an asthma attack and was home recovering. I needed to call and ask important questions about my prescriptions and they never picked up the phone. I ended up driving there and there was absolutely no line and the person that helped me was extremely rude. They make a sound decision to not answer phones at that pharmacy and that’s not fair at all.

Don't do pickup from here. The first time I waited 40 mins. The second time, I waited an hour before the girls called it a night. They said there were no managers, orders weren't ready, there wasn't enough people to work so they sent everyone home. Now come day #2 now they can't find my order because they put it back and someone is picking it but they don't know how long it's going to take but they'll call me. TWO DAYS of not getting what i paid for!!! One lady said it took her 3 days. This is ridiculous, there's no system, they have teenagers back there with no guidance trying to be organized, managers don't care. I will NEVER use this place for pickup.

Poor customer service from a specific employee. This wasn't a one off either, for several months in a row I had issues with this lady. Heather works in the pharmacy. I contacted corporate and switched pharmacies and I feel sorry for the folks that have to deal with her on a day to day basis. What a terrible example of customer service. Heather suuuuuckssss

My dad is on his DEATH bed, and needed a medication quickly, and they said it would be ready in 30minutes- when we arrived there, they said they did NOT have it- and it wouldn’t be available until tomorrow. This is 100% unacceptable. If we wouldn’t have been lied to- we would’ve kept calling around to get the prescription filled. Your negligence led to suffering.

Waited in line @ drive- thru mid-day 12/7 for about 15 mins. with 2 cars ahead of me. The car just ahead of me waited a long time & I thought he was being served. He finally left & when he did I realized he had not been helped. I pulled up with no response from the box after waiting several minutes.Turns out they had CLOSED for lunch. There is no sign on the box that they do this & people comong thru waiting & waiting. What kind of business does that to their customers?!

I just went to get my meds due to being sick and I had to wait 20 minutes with my window down at the drive through window while it was snowing before I was even helped! Definitely even more sick now, absolutely ridiculous.

I see why this place has a horrible rating. They were giving me meds and change and receipts with no bag in the drive thru tube. Just a mess. Then today the rude person working the drive thru didn't provide a closing once I had my meds. Like, take your meds and get outta here. If it happens again, I'll just take my business elsewhere. Too many pharmacies to put up with nonsense.

This place is horrible... they never have your prescription ready on time. Or they say the pharmacy doesn't have it till next week... do not use. I'm switching as soon s I get my meds tomorrow. I've been waiting 2 days on

20 minutes per car to get through the drive-through. Every single time I go. I'm switching to Meijer on Executive Blvd as I'm sitting here at the speaker, not being helped.

My trip to this pharmacy is always so quick and easy. When they tell me it’ll be be ready in 30 minutes, it’s always done in 5-10 minutes instead. Maybe I’m just lucky with my timing. The staff is always friendly in spite of their stress. I have the pleasure of seeing the pharmacy technician, Farida, on most visits. Great local pharmacy!

Cannot recommend the pharmacy. Seems like the employees don't have enough training to read the computer correctly. More than once I have been told that my prescription would be ready on a certain day, only to find it had to be ordered & is not available. They make no notification of such delays. It seems that almost every refill is ordered at the time of request, as if they keep very little in stock, even items that I am on record as refilling monthly. Changed to RiteAid & got notification of refills the very next day, as well as info on one out of stock item & the date it will be available. Oh, and the Kroger phone system is nearly impossible to navigate, and when (if) you actually get it to ring through to speak to a real person, they don't pick up the phone--ever.
