Words can-not express the level of contempt that I feel for this store. Between the rude cashier at self checkout, isle ways that fill with boxes. Then lack of communication to the costumer on the hour changes. They did put up a tiny little sign next to the door. Lastly when someone talk to the manager about any issues. They will never say I am sorry for any inconvenience or bad experience. Proof will be the lack of response from this review. In the end the management does not care!

The self checkout lanes had only 2 of about 15 lanes accepting cash with long lines and very slow employees "assisting". Stock employees standing around the dairy area talking to each other loudly and oblivious to all the CUSTOMERS trying to get around them.

I usually shop at another Kroger. Pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and laid out well. Produce was fresh and attractive. I had a good shopping experience and will return to the store when I’m in the area.

My husband had a bad experience this morning with the blond cashier who was over seeing the self check out registers. He came into this Krogers and saw there was a small cart not being used so he grabbed it to proceed to shop. As he headed to the back, the short plump blonde cashiers yelled at him, “that’s my cart.” He turned to her and replied, “it’s my cart now.” She replied, “well that’s just great,” in a huffy derogatory manner. It sounded like it was the end of the world for this woman and there would never, ever be any more small carts available. I know this to be true as my husband had his speaker on his phone and I heard the exchange. Then, upon leaving, she was just as nice as pie to everyone else yet was rude and abrupt to my husband needing assistance from her for the alcohol purchase. If I were a Kroger employee and was in her position with that situation, I would have had some customer appreciation and decorum understanding that the customer spends their money to support a place which gives me a job. I would have given the customer the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he did not know the cart was being used. Rather than attempting to belittle and shame the customer, I would have kept my cranky mouth shut and went to get another cart. Now every time we come in there to spend our money, we will have to be reminded of the short plump blonde’s authoritarianism pertaining to he needs being over that of the customer’s needs. Ah well, at least we have Meijer, Walmart and Aldis to spend our money at instead of this place.

Don't do pickup from here. The first time I waited 40 mins. The second time, I waited an hour before the girls called it a night. They said there were no managers, orders weren't ready, there wasn't enough people to work so they sent everyone home. Now come day #2 now they can't find my order because they put it back and someone is picking it but they don't know how long it's going to take but they'll call me. TWO DAYS of not getting what i paid for!!! One lady said it took her 3 days. This is ridiculous, there's no system, they have teenagers back there with no guidance trying to be organized, managers don't care. I will NEVER use this place for pickup.

overlooking their out-of-stock issues……Hands down, the worst Kroger in the area. Waited on my pick up order for an hour before leaving, without it. Tried calling the store, nobody answered until after I was gone. This was the reason I didn’t renew boost.

Waited in line almost an hour. One cashier. Manager no other cashiers available. WHO believes that? He stood up there on top floor and just watched the line. Even let one register close and opened new one, BUT only one stayed open. RIDICULOUS

Ordered groceries for pick-up . Got a text they were ready. The app to let them know I was on my way kept stating error. Went inside to speak with someone at the service desk. No one was there. Someone finally came. 45 minutes later I am STILL waiting for my groceries. I did notice however they have billed my bank.

Came in the store last night just to get a water exchange and as soon as we walked in instead of being greeted with a hello we were greeted with ummmm excuse me but we close in 5 minutes very rude gave us a dirty look….we said we’re just here for water, he proceeds to tell the other employees to cut off power and lock the doors so no one else can get in and then we go to cash out and the person working is just so unbelievably rude. Then we had to wait for them to unlock the doors and pull them open for us to leave. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do they not know some people work late and that last 5 minutes is all the time they have to grab something real quick? Needless to say we will be shopping at a different Kroger from now on. This Kroger always have a rude experience with workers.

I have shopped this store for many years and over the last 6 to 8 months it has gone way down hill . The store is always completely filthy , broken glass laying on the floor , black spots where something spilled and never got cleaned up and people just walk right threw it. I will never step foot in this store again the management is an absolute joke.

Store can be a little dirty, hectic, or busy depending on the day, but I have had better luck at this one than the other one in Huber.

Really needs help. There are better kept grocers in the area. This particular store has seen better days.

As a consumer and mother of an 8 month old, I too am struggling with the infant formula shortage. Today I was in your store and the Similac NeoSure was in stock in which I have digital coupons from Similac. This has been my home store because it’s within 5mins of where I live. This was not the first time I’ve been in the store to purchase said formula and had trouble because no one in the store knows how to either use the coupon or everyone is unsure if you’re able to take the coupon. I made a purchase today and doubled back to use the remainder of the coupons I had and was told that I was not able to because the store does not take digital coupons. I ask for a manager and from the back of the store over a walkie-talkie she continues to tell the service desk person I could not use them. I then call corporate to determine why. While on with the corporate office, all while still in the store I ask for the District Manager’s name and contact information. At that point the store manager comes to the front of the store RUDELY asking if I needed something. I asked if she was the manager, she says yes, I say one sec I’m in with the corporate office, she again RUDELY says okay and ask to see the coupon. At this point I’ve spent an extra 20 minutes in the store, fighting to feed my daughter because no one knows the policy. I show Christen the coupon and she says “Ohhhhh. yes she can use these because it starts with…” I make my purchase and exit the store. I am not a WIC recipient. One of the managers said to me “we have been having issues with WIC and formula so that’s what I thought it was.” I am here to say, not every black woman is on welfare, not every black woman is a criminal, or trying to beat the system. I’m just a mom simply trying to feed her baby. I too am here to say, please train your store members so that we the consumers are not having to and please train your employees that customer service goes a long way. One customer will not at all hurt you but you’ve lost me as a customer.
