I am giving 0 stars the company Lowes subcontracts the work for was installing my dishwasher and broke my tiles. Lowes told us that we need to file a Home owners insurance claim. I will never purchase anything from Lowes again. I am very disappointed with there customer service and willingness to take care of the customer. Hope people read this and think twice before having Lowes install a purchased appliance.

Clean store, easy to manuvor through. The service help is a little shaky, most of the employees did not know where specific things are, even though they were in that department. They were friendly and opted to find help of other employees to find what I needed. Garden dept. was also neat and tidy

Waited 24 minutes with 3 separate requests and pages to get glass cut. Never got glass cut, put back other items and left. Will shop elsewhere.

Edit:Spoke to a manager on Tuesday about this and was told they get with the person in charge of it on Friday I went up today and this gius has no clue about anything and instead of pulling up the 66 notes the other manager told me is in there to look had me rehash everything again. And told me they'd call me back yet again. Because he needs to call the people who called me to tell me to come up to talk to him. You will just be sent in circles until you give up and they get to keep your money. The response to this review is the customer service number that ive already talked to on multiple occasions seriously save your money and go anywhere else. I had to finish my own fence filling in stuff myself and got a dead dog out off everything when the fence was for him.
Absolute nightmare of an install for a fence I paid thousands for and have a dead dog out of the mix can't get anyone to help was suppose to speak to a manager today and after driving out there was told that manager is off until Thursday if you are looking to do a home project I recommend paying literally anyone else to do it my child has better communication skills than this place does.

We went to buy a new dryer... because the clerk entered the incorrect code, the delivery truck had a washer NOT A DRYER for us...after several phone calls, we had to return to the store and re-buy the dryer...you're welcome for our customer service to you...this experience with Lowe's shows incompetent clerks and archaic resolutions to where the customer does your job
