Terrible experience. I considered switching pharmacists, and I called to verify that my medicine is available. The lady got back on the phone after checking and said, "Not in stock and NOT going to order!" I ask why, and I'm said it's unavailable to them! Then hung up on.....I called another location of Meijer pharmacy, and I'm told "Yes no problem. It will be ordered and available by such date....

Ethan is absolutely the BEST!!!! I have never had this great of service at any other Pharmacy!! He spent about 20 minutes helping me to try to find lower costs on my prescriptions. He was very kind and patient. He tried different coupons for me and looked up information on the computer. The Meijers Pharmacy in Huber Heights is the best Pharmacy location in the Dayton area!

Lack of proper management. Been here for an hour for vaccination and no one bothers to check. I went and talk to them, turns out they didn't bother to tell one another when I checked in. So I waited for nothing. And it happened twice actually!

Have gotten vaccines here for my older children no problem. I scheduled my younger son and needed to have it done a bit sooner, they said they couldn't do it earlier when their waiting room was completely empty and their staff did not appear to be short.

Requested a refill on one of my prescriptions. Called to confirm that it was ready to be picked up. They did not have it ready. Informed me that the script was "too old" even though it is from this calendar year and is not a controlled substance. Said they may have to ask doctor for a new script or they may be able to fill it. Decided they could fill it. If you have an issue with a requested medication and are unable to fill it, it would be helpful to notify the customer so they can make sure they have their much needed medication.

They will take up to a week to fill some prescriptions. If you come after 5 good luck. You'll wait at least 30 minutes. Tonight I waited 1 hour with only 7 cars ahead of me. Unbelievable. There are serious staffing issues here. Fix it.

Text said scripts will be ready around 1115am came here at 415 and now have been standing at the counter for over 45 minutes and still NOT ready! Earlier this week dropped off a script they said it will be a hour to fill came back after an hour and it wasn't ready had to wait another 30 min. Oh ya and both times they have 1 tech working the counter and a line of customers 7 or more deep!!! Horrible service!!!

This has been my pharmacy for years, without issue. Lately, service has been unreasonably slow, techs are rude and I'm just generally over it. I'll be shopping for a new pharmacy.

In December I got the first shot in the 2 shot shingles vaccine series. They told me I would need the 2nd shot at between 2 & 6 months but no later than June 1st. I called about it during the Covid-19 craziness and they said they weren't giving any vaccines. When I mentioned that they told me I needed to have it by June 1st they changed their story and said I had leeway on that timeline. Called back the week of June 6th and they told me they would be giving vaccines starting on June 18th. Went in on the 18th only to be told that they were too busy doing Meijer employee health screens and if I wanted it would be almost a 2 hour wait. My insurance pays for this making me a paying customer by default. What ever happened to customer service? The only reason I went there in the first place is that my physician suggested it because CVS had been telling me for over 6 months that the vaccine was on back-order.
