“Emily went above and beyond for me and my family. I brought in my brother, who has many sensory issues with clothing: has to be cotton, the material can't be too thin, can't be too tight around the shoulder, can't be slippery material, can't restrict his leg motion, can't have elastic band, etc. IE: incredibly difficult to shop for. He also gets easily overstimulated, which puts us on a time crunch. Emily listened to all his complaints, and instead of getting discouraged, she took it in stride and kept finding alternatives to match his needs. She spoke soft (to keep him calm), was patient, kind, and honestly, you could tell she really cared! We ended up getting 500$ worth of clothes in 1hr of shopping (after literally spending 5 hours shopping the last 2 days and finding 0 things he wanted). She was an answer to literal prayers for us. She even helped measure him and wrote down codes to the clothes he liked (so we can get more colors options online), helped us ship clothes to his house, and helped me find a discount online for healthcare workers. So thankful for her. She's extremely knowledgeable of the products offered and represents this company with extreme professionalism, competency, and kindness.”
