This location is horrible. The staff is not friendly, they don't greet you at all when walking in or at the counter. The store is very dusty and smells like terrible body odor, I was sneezing the entire time. They accept anything and everything. Holes, stains. The prices are ridiculous here! I can buy brand new shirts from Childrens place for 5.00 a piece and yet this store sells very clearly worn clothes for 5-8.50. I'll drive to the Beavercreek store, so much better and prices are on point!

I love shopping at the Huber Heights Once Upon a Child location. They are the friendliest (and cleanest) store! I've been going there for years and honestly don't know how I could afford not to! Whenever my kids size up in clothes I make a stop here. They're great at accepting my gently used items. Today I brought in 46 items and they purchased 45 of them. It was enough to buy a new clothes for my kids and still bring home some extra spending cash. This place is a blessing when we need extra money and affordable clothes.

Absolutely the best Once Upon a Child hands down- the selection and prices are amazing and the staff are all so helpful and friendly! We recently moved out of the area but I will still travel back to Huber Heights just to shop there!

I have been asking to this company for at least 20 years and the pricing that they offer for buys is an insult to say the least and has gone down! This is for both stores. Who is pricing this stuff! As you can see although used they offered me 5.60, 3.60 and 3.00 for Jordan’s that they are glumly to sell for far more! These are crack head prices! It’s better to just give good and gently used items away! ! Stop letting these kids price these items they don’t know what they are doing! Half of their shoes aren’t anywhere near this condition!

Employees are very nice and will go out of their way to make sure they answer any questions you have. Very informative on letting you know about any sales they have. happy with the price they gave me for items I brought to sell. It's a resale store so they can't put stuff out full price. Good way to get rid of things we need to get out of the way and get some extra cash.

I just tried to sell my daughter's high chair. Granted, it has been used but was in fairly good condition. It had a few tears in the seat but usable. They said they couldn't buy it because of that!! Excuse me?! Half of the stuff they said is dirty, has holes, etc. in it but yet they can't buy my item?! I can't stand this store!!! I wish there was another store that you could sell baby stuff because Once Upon a Child is a COMPLETE joke!!!

Drove 30 minutes to sell 3 totes of baby things, was told it would be a couple hours and they would call or text when done. I went to run some errands and within 10 minutes they texted and said my things were ready. When I returned to pick them up they were sitting exactly how I left them and it looked like nothing was even touched as everything was still folded and I had it. Waste of my time and gas.

This location is always too crowded & the staff never seem to care about anything. I've gone to sell here a few times & I'm always told it'll be 3-4 HOURS & I never get a txt to tell me it's ready... take the time to drive to the Beavercreek location! Better selection & much nicer staff!

Used to love this place but here lately the store has been a mess, clothes so packed you can't even look through them! And when your looking for something specific for the seaon they tell you they don't have them out anymore like what? It's summer and no swimsuit but I can get a winter coat!?!

This isn’t the worst Once Upon A Child organization-wise, but the buyback here is appalling. I should have refused the buy, but they didn’t give me a chance to even decide. They also don’t give you an itemized offer, so I have no way of knowing what they offered for each item. They took 22 items of mine (including multiple Crocs, Puma sneakers, wooden puzzles, clothes… etc) and gave me $20.

Love this store! Employees are very friendly and helpful. Management is fantastic and prices are awesome! Highly recommend! I will be doing a lot of shopping here for my grandson!

I’ve come here on many different occasions for baby clothes and the staff is always so friendly. They have a great selection. This is the best place to go for clothes, books and toys.
