Had my turbo replaced an they tried to rtv the gasket on causing oil to spit out of engine been issues since o2 sensor now shorted out called to have taken care of instead guy got attitude an said it would be next week never again

I initially brought my car in for them to replace my lower intake manifold gasket, it took about a week and I got my car back and within a day I had a check engine light. I took my car back and was told that they would have the manager (the shop owner felix) look after the car because they "rarely ever had issues". He then held my car for 4 months because every time I called I either never got a response, was told he was on lunch, or placed on hold for 20 minutes and in total called 35 different times. I eventually called their HR number (800.438.8863) saying I can't get a hold of the any one and that I just want my car returned and repaired. The next day I had got a call from felix saying that my vehicle was ready for pick up which he took everything he had said was wrong off (the egr valve and tubes) and gave me my car back with nothing done also saying that HE GETS THE HR NUMBERS VOICEMAILS. I tried to call another precision tune shop was told the extension of an actual service rep for their HR was never called back after calling over 5 days as well as another SHOP OWNER emailing HR for me and I still never heard anything back. to which then took my car to another shop up the road where the said all that was wrong was a bolt the technician forgot to put lock tight on, it cost me 150 dollars for the hour. I also had to pay an additional 2000 dollars for miscellaneous stuff that had broken while my car sat for 4 months. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I love how accommodating Connie and others are in trying to fit me in. Also, she and others always come across to me as being honest about what can and can't be done in a given time frame. There have been times when I've come in for a standard oil change and the current work just won't allow it on a given day, which is disappointing, but I always get a clear answer about such situations. Both their competitive pricing and full parking lot speak to how good their work is. Although I'm not always able to get in there when I'd like, I'm always glad when I can!

Took 6 days to get a qoute. Only real issue is it seems like they get disorganized when busy and I had to keep reaching out to them, lack of communication. Took it elsewhere but not their fault since they do not specialize in the repair I needed.

Took my vehicle to a trusted place , they have worked on all my vehicles. REPLACED and FIXED the coolant leak from ADAM AUTO GROUP in Illinois ! Trashy people and company . I appreciate Precision they do what they say ! Thanks Tony and crew

Stay away! I’ve been a customer for years but I see that things have changed. I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic and to be repaired. First off my vehicle wasn’t treated with care or priority. After having my vehicle over a week and charging me nearly $800. My car wasn’t repaired and now it’s not running at all. Don’t bother calling corporate because you won’t get an answer or response. Now I have to file a lawsuit!

SHADY! I came in for a suspension check, they said it was the wheel bearings. Charged me 1000$ , which I thought was pricey but I assumed they were just really thorough. Nope. Car was rattling and doing the same exact things I took it in for on the way home (rattling, vibrating, thumping) I took it back and they said they would "balance the tires". Ignored my calls for 3 WEEKS until I just showed up in person and took it back. They told me they balanced the tires but now it needs more work although "technically safe to drive", I check my truck and THEY BROKE 3 LUGNUTS AND DIDNT TELL ME. They sent me home in a unsafe vehicle TWICE. They never pick up the phone and the only way to check up on my truck was to drive down in person.

The initial reason I brought my vehicle in was to replace the headlight bulbs (they have to be changed through the wheel well, not just a simple change). In trying to put the headlight in the driver side, they broke the bulb I brought and had to get one for the local parts store. I don’t believe they got the same temperature bulb (they are HID xenon lights) as they are different colors. They also said that they couldn’t install this bulb as my headlight assembly was broken and told me if they installed it, the bulb wouldn’t last long. They gave me a price to install a new assembly, but made no offer to obtain one for me. So I found one from an online retailer and brought my vehicle back in once I received the part to have it installed. When my headlight assembly was replaced, I was told that they installed it, but the headlight still didn’t work because the aftermarket assembly didn’t work with the existing setup. I questioned whether they checked to see if there was maybe an issue with the lighting ballast and was just told the assembly was missing a part and not compatible. After numerous emails with the company I bought the assembly from and them ensuring me it should have just been plug and play and just needing to use the existing lighting ballast, I finally paid someone else to look at it. After testing the new assembly with lighting ballast from the passenger headlight that was functioning, it was quickly determined it had nothing to do with the assembly, but indeed was the lighting ballast that needed to be replaced. I am very disappointed that the shop did the bare minimum to put the headlight assembly in and not take the time to really figure out why it wasn’t working. Additionally, on the passenger bulb, they hadn’t even seated the bulb correctly- it was very dim with no brights. I have always had good service with my oil changes at this location, but will be seeking service elsewhere after the way this was handled.

Oil change/filter took less than an hour and it only cost $46.70 (6 quarts). Usually I change my own oil, but it is cheaper to have them do it.

Great service! Was just in town to visit family for Christmas and started having brake issues. They got the work I needed done quick so I could still make it home in time and safe. Really appreciated their willingness to squeeze me in and treating me like a lifelong customer even though it was my first time there. Brakes felt great after work was done. Thank you!
