“Every time I go to this store, the staff go above and beyond to help me. Today I attempted to return three packages. The gent at the counter printed all my return labels for me, taped my boxes up and let me know I needed to take two of them to fed ex drop off. He got my fed ex boxes all ready and gave me directions to tge drop off.
I spent 2 dollars. I want to give him a tip for being so helpful!”
“I Google mapped UPS stores in Dayton and found this one. I needed to send 4 mugs I won before my flight. The man serving me was super nice and professional. I left the mugs for him to wrap and was on my way.The mugs made it to my home exactly when he said. There was a big "Fragile" sticker on the box. As I unwrapped the box, I saw how well wrapped the mugs were. Beautiful job. If I lived in the Dayton area, they would be my go-to for shipping!”

“On 3/11/23 I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The only employee in the stoor still helped me with shipping my package and printing my label from a return email I was having issues with. He was professional and kind to my and my two year old daughter, even after he had to stay late to help us. Our experience was great and he really made our life a whole lot easier.”

“The selection of office furniture like computer desks, chairs and bookshelves is reasonably priced. But the Beavercreek store was very late in delivering my items across 5 miles. Which is why they did not get my 5-star rating. Other than that, excellent attention and friendly service. Cannot get personal customer service from Amazon or Walmart websites.”
