Huge shout out to Jessica and the whole crew at Red Wing Shoes - Huber Heights OH. My love for Red Wing began 10 years ago with not just a great pair of Iron Rangers, but the customer service I received during the purchase. From an advanced fitting and purchase, to realistic expectations of break in…buying from Red Wing is a professional experience. During my recent purchase of a third pair of Heritage boots, I rushed past the fitting process and bought what I thought was the correct size. Shame on me. Different lasts fit very differently, I’ve learned. I exchanged for a proper fit and the Huber Heights Store was great to work with. Just want to pass along my gratitude. I buy these boots for life and getting the right fit is key - let the store pros handle it, they know what they are doing! Proud to invest in good USA made products and Red Wing always earns my business.

The store was very easy to locate I arrived around 10:30am so not extremely busy. The outside of the store was very neat, I smoke cigarettes and looked for a butt tower to put one out but no tower. I was gonna just throw it on the lot but noticed almost no litter so I pocketed the butt. Someone did a very good job there.
The store itself was comfortable, well lit, and warm. I was immediately greeted by Kimberly who invited me to have a seat or look around while she assisted another customer. I was able to narrow down a few styles of boot that I was interested in within 2 minutes. Then Kimberly and I ran the tests that worked out well, and matched to a style I liked, she only showed me one pair and I was ready to buy. (I wore them today for the first time at work. I work at a courthouse with hard marble floors A Plus Boots!!!Thank you so much for all your help.

I was very apprehensive about shopping Redwing because I don't have experience wearing safety shoes. When I tell you that my experience was fabulous, it is an understatement. Jessica and I went through a ton of options. After she measured my feet, had me walk across some device, she offered so many options. In all honesty, this was my very best shoe shopping experience ever. From a former stiletto wearing person, I wish the boots were in colors, to coordinate with my wardrobe. The boots are amazing, the service was amazing, and I am excited for my next purchase. Hopefully by then, you will have more colors to appeal to women!
