It was just announced all Rue 21 stores will be closing, it’s too bad because I like this store. This location still has the old red logo. This location has a lot of pretty decent T shirts than the other locations I’ve been too. The customer service at this location was ok.

6 employees sitting on the counter socializing while the store is getting robbed...you know nothing out of the ordinary as it always is when visiting.

I went there around 5/530pm Staff very pleasant and helpful, my teenager was shopping nice Clean atmosphere.

I shop at this store all the time but this is the 3rd time this week I’ve been in this store and neither one of the employees greeted me or my son but greeted the other customers who were of course Caucasian , I thought I was mistaken but I payed attention to who the employee chose to greet and who she didn’t , this is so unacceptable, even my 10y.o. Son noticed and was ready to leave before finishing shopping for a birthday outfit smh

Didn’t feel comfortable in the store they ask me soon as I got in did I need help with something like I was going to steal then ask can they take my bag I said no I’ll take it to the front so I can do exchange for my children stuff it was weird because they didn’t ask anyone else did they need help with something they just kept looking at me because I said it’s rude like I literally just got in the store i felt it was a race thing because I was only black person in there

My oldest daughter absolutely loves this store!The staff were super friendly and attentive.I really wish they would open back up their dressing rooms. Its very inconvenient and hard for my daughter to pick out jeans without trying them on.

They usually have what we're looking for when we go, and the store is always clean. But unfortunately the fitting rooms still aren't open yet.

Their customer service sucks. There was 4 workers doing nothing and a line of ppl at the cashier. Took forever! I'll never go back

The clothes are amazing and the service is great but there are no fitting rooms open. Sorry but I don’t have time to buy clothes I don’t know that fit me or not and come all the way back to the store if something doesn’t fit. If they continue to keep them closed, they’ve lost a customer who pays well at their store??♀️

Long lines. Customer service is decent. Not a lot of variety and sizes in men's jeans but pretty good sales.
