At iStorage Huber Heights, Matt was most helpful in getting answers to our numerous questions. He had to make several phone calls as well as taking us back to the storage facility rented by our deceased friend, so we could evaluate the lock situation. Big shout out to Matt!

I have not moved in yet. Everything was easy. However my card would not work online. So I did it via phone. My online cost was 42 and my phone cost ended being 62. So I was not happy about that, but everyone was very kind and efficient
