We went there to meet with Landa to look at a storage unit. She is very sweet and answered all our questions. She showed us a few units that would fit all out belongings. Unfortunately the only downfall is they don’t have climate control which is what we need. She referred us to another location. Excellent customer service!

I have used iStorage for over 2 years. It was a positive experience from start to finish. They were very kind when we toured the facilities. They didn't try to upsell me and not once did I have a problem with billing, security or the unit. Staff is beyond kind and I would 100% recommend.

istorage Property Manager Rose was super friendly, professional and helpful during the completion of the rental storage process, which included a tour, lease signing and bill transaction. We have used istorage before when it was previously called Wildcat Storage 30 years ago and had no problems to speak of, then and now. Rose definitely needs a raise for all the hard work she provides. Highly recommended.

Rose was very helpful getting me all set up. Price is reasonable for location. Unit is an indoor unit. Unit is very clean and free of any evidence of any pests.Felt taken care of, thanks Rose!

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I ad an emotional breakdown and she was so caring. She got up and hugged me and reassured me that everything would be okay. She was very detailed with the process. She felt like a mom to me because she truly cared and understood my concerns. I will always recommend IStorage because the service there is exceptional! Thank you so much you are AMAZING!
