On December 5 I went in to the store thinking I needed a new phone. It was a mess. The lady was so pleasant and I told her what's wrong and she fixed it so easy and explained what was wrong. She explained about the apps that I down loaded what they did. I even
gave her a hug.
(January 6, 2026)I went there today needed some questions answered. This young man assisted me was Taevion garrison very polite, knowledgeable man.

First off I'd like to give a huge thank you to Tmobile for installing fiber in my neighborhood and offering me 3 gig service upload and download for $70 a month with a long 10 year price lock. No more constant spectrum price increases. Went to return the equipment and 90 minute wait just to hand them 1 modem. Bunch of people in the store and of coarse only 1 super slow person working. I left after 3 minutes and took it to a UPS store and was in and out in 2 minutes. This is 1 of the many reasons people hate spectrum and they've lost over 200,000 customers in the last 2 quarters with many many more to come. Never again.

If I could rate spectrum 1 star I absolutely would! Never ever use them as your internet provider. Their customer service representatives are extremely rude they lie and place the blame onto you all while draining all the money they can from your bank account. For the month of November they admitted they took out the payment in full for just the internet that we pay for and charged me 4 other late fees explaining because the payment was late it wasn't late they took it then proceed to steal from me right before Christmas while I have a 3 year old child. I called them they tried telling me I paid them with a check I dont even own checks so that is actually impossible to do i have my payments for them on autopay then then they'll do all these late fees but the payment was already taken care of. Once my contract is up in July I'm changing providers this company is absolutely disgusting never use them. They will steal from you and lie.

I usually went to the store at the Dayton Mall but when I was looking for an Apple Watch, the Dayton Mall location didn’t have any in the store so I went to the Huber Heights location and it is now my preferred location. The staff is nice, helpful, patient, and understanding.

Meh, it's okay. For a Saturday visit there were A LOT of people waiting for service. There were not many reps working so it took a long time to get my concern resolved. The music inside was very loud and not conducive to keeping the customers calm, rather irritating music that stirred up other feelings, if you know what I mean
Anyway, I was called and my situation was resolved. Hopefully I won't have to go back any time soon.

Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had for INTERNET, won’t cut any type of deals whatsoever even though they have outages 4-5 days out of the month and want to charge astronomical prices. Will be changing internet soon.

Sitting waiting signed in to be seen. A couple walks in and couldn't sign in so they get to jump the line of eight people in front of them. We all have things to do in life. No one should get to jump the line. NO ONE

Waited in the store for 45 minutes to finally get my name called to just be told that added a new phone to my service would take entirely too long for her to do and she wasn’t doing that today and to come back later

12 people in line and and one person waiting on customers. Its like that every time I go to this store. I've been trying for 3 weeks to return equipment and I have entered this store 3 times and its the same every time. I don't have 2 plus hours to wait just to return their equipment. They should pay to have it shipped back to them if they are unable to provide a faster return process in store.
