Staples in Huber Heights serve a community of small businesses and consumers. The store provides printing, shipping, technology, travel and recycling services along with products essential for new ways of working and learning. Employees and an associate was kind and patient and assisted other customers with orders. Print was done early, reprinted in 10 minutes when wrong, and print quality was poor. Customers found a flash drive is a jump drive a different name for other product. The store can't buy stamps or other postage supplies and customers think the value was not good. Staples needs to provide compelling offerings for entrepreneurs, remote workers, parents, teachers and students and online at the local store.
Staff is always friendly and helpful - especially the team at copy services. I can always find what I'm looking for and if not, the staff is ready to help with an online order. I'm always pleased with the service here.

I went looking for a flash drive. I couldn't find any then I saw a jump drive. I never heard of this before. Found out it is a flash drive just different name. Lol.
