Please hire competent workers. Please hire workers that can speak fluent English… for god sake stop charging 3$ for tape. I’ve now called ups customer service and sent a very strongly worded email to your corporate offices. This store is a mess. If ups saw what kind of operation you were running they would shut you down. Teach better, more clear customer service, and do better. I hope this store goes out of business and it just folds and gets moved into a meijer or something. At least they would better vet its employees.

Thee absolute worst UPS store Ive ever been to. If you can use a different store I suggest you do that. The female workers are rude, unclesr when they are giving information. They offered no assistance and they are suppose to be a logistics store. They charge for every little thing. I have been to 3 other UPS stores in this area and no other store charges the way they do; a rip off. I parked directly in front of the store with my hazards on which they saw me lug a huge box in. After prepping the box to ship and tapping the box them as packers and shippers can do I walked to the car to get my wallet to pay and they were just about to run me down as if I was stealing tape. When they see my car in the front and keys still on their counter. They will never get my business again I rather drive out of my way to go to Kettering, completely different atmosphere.

The customer service was extremely poor at first. It was either the manager or the owner that was really unpleasant and not nice about information. It took one of the front desk associates to explain to me to call customer service again. Nasty looks very rude too. I would definitely suggest going to another location. If you are looking for help or wanting to send, receive packages or returns for Amazon!

Went to the UPS store #2659 in Huber Heights to return an Amazon Package. I was expecting to have to fill out paperwork and several minutes. I was surprised that I was in and out of the store in about a minute. This is my store for returns to Amazon.

Every time I’ve been to this location the one employee is rude and acts like you are a bother. I don’t get what her problem is but I’m done going to this location. Doesn’t say hello, doesn’t ask what you need, no thank you, nothing. Even when you speak directly to her she won’t respond or acknowledge you.
EDIT: I recently went into this store again, and had yet another terrible experience. I came in at 2:52pm on a Sunday. No one greeted me and just stared at me and kept cleaning the store. After a minute or two the lady comes over to the counter, asks what I need. I said I have an Amazon return. She sighs loudly, looks at the clock and tells me “we close at 3:00pm”. I said yes, and it’s 2:55 you are still open and I got here 2 minutes ago. She starts scanning my item without saying a word. A woman pulls up with a large box she is struggling to carry and the cashier runs to the door, says we are closed and locks the door. It was not even 3:00pm yet! I get it’s annoying to have customers walking in last minute but if you are open till 3, it is fair game for customers to walk in until the last minute. When I was done and left the store that woman was still outside putting this box back in her car and was furious. In the parking lot was another person walking towards the store with a box in their hand. I told them don’t bother they locked the door and turned someone away already. This person looked at their watch and again, it was not even 3:00pm yet! Absolutely insane, this store gives the worst customer service I have ever seen in any business. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere for shipping and amazon returns.

Skip the Huber Heights location. Go to Dayton Brown Street location or go to Englewood. The staff at those locations are nicer than the staff at Huber Heights. Every time I go into the Huber Heights location, I think okay. Maybe the staff are having a good day today. And they never are. They act like I'm inconveniencing them by coming into the store I don't really want to be here either - and while I understand that this job is probably not the most fulfilling or exciting and being public facing us exhausting.. why are they so rude? They don't smile. They only say hello robotically to show they're watching you, they don't even try to fake being friendly. I asked for a strip of tape to secure my box that i was shipping via prepaid QR code, they acted like I asked for their kidneys and said no. The Dayton, Englewood, and even other locations in PA and WV never minded such small requests. I've worked at other UPS stores, but jever here. So maybe the manager or franchise owner at Huber Heights is undesirable. Either way, go somewhere else. If you have no other option, then FINE. I mean they do ship stuff and offer services but there's no reason to be worse than a BMV employee.

The ladies there were great!! We were mailing some vintage items to my cousin in another state because she’s having a baby and they did great packaging and even let us watch to make us feel better about mailing items that weren’t replaceable. They bubble wrapped everything really well and just a great experience!! Would totally recommend anyone to get their stuff shipped from here!!

Great customer service yesterday from the nice & patient lady at the counter. All options & pricing was explained. The priority service I chose was delivered 1.5 hrs ahead of time. I’m so grateful for this UPS store. They always deliver!!!

The person who was helping me was very sweet and respectful not only with me as well as a gentleman that was ahead of me she made sure to ask if we needed anything else. I personally feel when people are respectful like that and male sure they help you with everything you need it make you want to use there service and return and recommend the company to others.

Ketki (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right) was extremely helpful to me explaining how to use the self check out for an extremely large Amazon return order. She was patient kind and efficient and really helped move the line along, so I didn’t have very long of a wait, which is important to me.
