tellers are friendly when I walk in or in the drive thru. I ve had fraud on my business accounts and they were quick to act. and my money was back quickly. whenever my husband and I have something that we need on our business or personal acts they are quick and responsive at taking care of the issue. we just opened a new account and had to come back to sign paperwork. and it was all done in the s ame day within hours. thankyou gearn and staff.

Poor service. I called before going to this branch to verify I would be able to deposit my check. I was given an incorrect answer that resulted in a wasted trip. Bank elsewhere.

Bank closed account without checking with me what had happened. They then held my Federal Funds which has now been 10 days and they are saying it will be another 8 days before releasing my money. This BRANCH MANAGER is ABSOLUTELY RUDE, uncommunicative and uncooperative!

A mistake on their end with an account creation (failure to place alerts on the new account) after identity theft led to a fraud theft of over $2,000 that still hasn't been returned to my account after 5 months.

I am purchasing a new vehicle so I needed information printed out from my account for the last three months. I assume this may take some time. However when I am told that I cant be helped because they are short staffed, you wasted 30 minutes of my time and got nothing accomplished, therefore I had to drive twenty more minutes out of my way to get the documentation I needed just because your reasoning was that you were short staffed. Unacceptable. I’ve been a member of this bank for years and I don’t appreciate how my business was handled.

After having an issue with a card the teller walked away from the desk to do other things rather than answer more of my questions on how to resolve the issue. Ask for another teller if you get Vickie in line

Absolutely terrible. I went to the atm and basically got robbed of 520 dollars. I went to withdraw 520 dollars and it showed an error but it never gave me my money. I then later check my bank account and it says that 520 dollars have been withdrawn. I lost 520 dollars.

I have been with US Bank for a few years now. They have always given me great customer service. Their phone app is awesome and easy to navigate. The check mobile deposit is fast and simple. Recently I tried a local credit union and put cash in their ATM. They put a two day hold on cash. Are you kidding me? Us Bank makes the money instantly available, as they should with cash. They also clear deposited checks quickly. They are a great place to bank.

I normally bank at the Kroger location, but since they are closed I had to come here. Literally the WORST customer service EVER! I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER BANK! I do not TOLERATE disrespect from anyone. Abby, Vickie, and Colleen need to be fired!!! Disrespectful women!
