Landon is phenomenal at helping clarify what you need to do to keep your spa healthy and running properly. I went in completely confused about how to maintain my new spa after muddling through for the first couple months of having it and he LITERALLLY sat me down and put me through spa maintenance school!! I know exactly what i need to do going forward which has given me peace of mind. He also made suggestions on what I needed to get without taking advantage of my naivete. Wonderful experience all around and really happy this is the Watsons location nearest to me.

I’ve been in there a couple times now with the same two young men, who don’t really seem to know, or care, about any information when it comes to pools or hot tubs. Will not go back

Staff is very knowledgeable if your not sure just ask they are there to help you. Twice my pool was green because I was going of what the sales person at main store in Centerville was telling me, but if you ask a remote store they are more knowledgeable on the actual needs. Watson’s pool in Huber Heights is awesome.

Pros: Staff member seemed friendly and gave pool care advice; place had what I was looking for at the time.Cons: Had a very strong chemical oder inside (a bit disorienting). Prices seemed a bit steep on certain items.

I have been at the store twice within the last week. Both times the hours are posted to be open and the doors have been locked. Today I was at the store at 10:30, website and hours posted on door stated they open at 10. I left and went to competition store and spent 160$. Very frustrating not to be able to get supplies needed.

I've shopped here many times throughout the years. The knowledge of the 1 employee? More than helpful. Respect and support for what I needed to get done was understood which led to my end goal.
