I've been going to this location for years for our family's prescriptions as well as to pick up various items. Sadly I've seen the service decline a lot in that time. PHARMACY: This is the main reason we're about to move across the street to CVS. I can't count the number of times recently that one of our routine prescriptions has been delayed or out of stock. And each month for four months now when I go for my refill on one med, it takes about 20 minutes and two people to make it go through the system right. Each time they're sure they have it fixed, and each month I go through the same thing again... come on! This defeats the purpose of using the app to "call in" needed refills ahead of time if I still have to wait at the register that long. OVERALL: The store itself is clean. The employees are a mixed bag. Recently they've clearly been coached on better customer service as they yell "welcome to Walgreens" at you when you walk in (kind of comical). Some are very friendly during check out, others give you one word answers and no eye contact.
