“Picked up our car yesterday afternoon and WOW! What a great job. We had lots and lots of pet hair, so paid the additional for that and it’s all gone! Also paid for engine bay cleaning and it looks beautiful. Will definitely use this place again. The owner is friendly and accommodating. “This car wash is by far thee best in the Akron area! The key to a great wash is soft clothe when a thorough pre-spray off is completed. I use is wash on a weekly basis and the prewash is always done which removes all of the harmful grime that could scratch your paint. A hand towel dry is always done. The monthly subscription price for unlimited washes is more then worth it ... especially in the winter months to remove all the salt.”

“When we passed by RockStop Gas, the gas was 22 cents cheaper then anyone else. We decided to stop on our way going home. Gas was then the same price as everyone else. We still got gas and decided to get a car wash. My washes are free. By the time we got to the front of the line, the car wash was broke. The lady who was working in the gas station was wonderful. Tried to help in every way. Next time we will go there first. The place is also clean. This station is on Northfield. RITA CARROLL”

“I've only been once, but overall, it was a good experience and a great value. I just did a $14 wash and it was far superior to what you'd get at a gas station car wash at the same price. I didn't bother with the free vacuum I had places to be, but I did see other reviews complaining about them... I can't say.My only complaint is the poor sinage. I pulled into the side with vacuums not realizing that you can't enter the car wash from that side of the facility. So I had to do three point turn, pull out onto a busy street, then turn back into the other side of the facility. A HUGE "Enter Here" sign would help for first timers.As compared to cheapy gas station car washes, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The attendant was polite and patient!”

“I have a long bed dual wheel truck. They claim my truck would go through the automatic wash, but it just didn't look wide enough. So, I used the manual bay. There's plenty of water pressure, and the soap brush pushed out so much soap, it ran everywhere. Other than fighting with the overhead hoses, swinging back and forth, it worked great. I just wished the machine would have indicated how much time was allotted for my C.C. swipe. I know now, but I didn't at first. It's 20 minutes. I will use this car wash again.”
“Friendly staff. Very clean store and products. The fruit is so fresh it looks like a picture. The meats are fantastic to look at as well as tasting great! T-bones 2 inches thick or more! Thus was my first visit and definitely won't be my last. Pricey but well worth it. A++”

“I haven't been here in a long time but will definitely return. I had so much tree sap on my car that it wasn't funny. The guy took extra time to spray it off. Probably longer than he may have been required to but my car was really bad.The other guy was very friendly and accommodating and I ended up buying a monthly pass simply because they had such good customer service. My car came out and every bit of the tree sap came off. I am 200 percent satisfied.I have been going to soak city because it's closer to my house and last year, I had to go through 4 times before the sap would come off and they made me do my own pre bug soak or whatever it was. This place is worth every penny! Highly recommend.”

“As a business owner, a clean car is an important part of the impression you leave on customers when you arrive to their homes. So, I gave QSCW a chance because it was close to a lot of my customer's residences, and lo and behold, my car came out looking shiny and new! The staff is incredibly nice, the quality of service is great for what you pay for. I currently have the monthly plan where I can come as many times as I would like for the ultimate wash for 34.99. It's a great deal and I can come in between customers to make my car look great right before I arrive! This location is a bit of a pain to get out of, so just be careful if you are making a left out of here.I would definitely recommend Quality Scrub if you're looking for a less expensive and great quality car scrub!”

“Decided to get a car wash because there was so many bugs on my car from a night of driving. I really wanted to make sure that paying for this car wash would remove the bugs! I pulled up and talked to Matt about my concern, wanting the bugs to come off. He suggested a solution and we sprayed the front of the car and wiped a few of the bugs ahead of time which allowed all the bugs either be totally removed or Easy to come off during the wash. I was so happy after the car wash that all the bugs came off! Thanks to Matt and Take 5, days later my car still looks amazing and the tires do too! I love Take 5 and the customer service I get there!! I rate it 5 stars and I will be back! Highly recommend!!”
