Yesterday, I attended my tire service appointment, and upon inquiring about the updated documents, the manager at the Tire Center raised his voice and displayed rude and disrespectful behavior. He justified his actions by citing his 9-hour shift as the reason. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that both the manager and the facility manager were off duty, and I was directed to speak with another staff member. To my surprise, they handed me a blank notepad instead of providing a formal document, making me feel as though this was not the standard procedure for filing a complaint, potentially allowing them to dismiss it easily. I had to visit the front office to inquire about a higher-ranking manager. The entire service experience was incredibly stressful, especially considering my membership with Costco. I sincerely hope that Costco takes appropriate measures to train their employees on effective communication and customer service etiquette.

The worst experience I've had shopping anywhere.I went to purchase a laptop and filled out one of their merchandise pick up tickets. Took it to their check out registers, was rang up, paid. No problems so far. Ticket was given to one of their managers, girl with long black pigtails, tattoos and glasses. She went into the merchandise pick up area and came back a few minutes later. Said the ETA was going to be about 10-20 minutes.I waited for 45 minutes and finally asked someone else what was going on. Was told they needed to clean and take it off the floor display mode and factory reset the laptop. ???????? At no point was I ever told that this laptop was not in stock and I was buying the floor model.10 more minutes pass by and I was handed a box with the laptop inside. I promptly took it over to a table and opened the box to inspect. Finger prints all over the laptop, display stickers still on the laptop, and still in display mode. Evidently they just got tired of me waiting an hour there and gave me what they gave me. Took that thing 50 feet to customer service and got a refund from, quite frankly, the only empathetic person there. What an absolute insult to my intelligence. The WORST display of customer service I've ever experienced. Management needs to be gutted from top to bottom. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears and nothing will change. But if I never have to see any one of them in a costco manager vest again, it would be a welcome surprise. Especially you, pigtails.

Went with my father on his membership. This place can be overwhelming for a single shopper. I was very impressed though with the quality of their offerings and the department store selection. I had been looking for a new faucet, got exactly what I wanted for a great price!

Though at times hard to locate what you’re looking for, mostly a fun shopping experience. Prices are great for most items, but go in with your eyes wide open; not everything is a deal. Regardless of the length of the checkout lines, it always moves fast; the folks working the registers are amazing.

I’m truly disappointed. First I had to get past my membership costing double my Sam’s membership then I was shocked that prices were higher than Sam’s like Honey Nut Cheerios 10.99 vs 8.22 and premium gas 3.69 vs 3.79 even Get Go was cheaper at 3.77. We did save over the membership on glasses so that’s good but I’ll probably not renew until someone needs glasses

I just visited this location with my mother and had a terrible experience at check out. The white haired woman cashier adamantly wouldn't let me use my mom's membership with her standing right next to me. She wouldn't even allow me to pay for it. I asked my mom to take my card and stick it in the machine. She even wanted to deny using our digital QR code membership because my father was using the physical card getting gas. The moment I handed a wad of cash to my mother to pay and she had no authority in deterring the transaction, she immediately turned and screamed in my face that she needed a supervisor. Christina and someone else came and helped us with the situation and hopefully reprimanded the cashier before. It's experiences like these that keep me as a loyal Sam's club member when shopping at warehouse stores. I have no issues at all taking my family and friends into Sam's clubs.

Just stopped here before 5pm on Wednesday 10/4/2023.Lady with the long black hair, glasses, and red shirt at the check out lanes was incredibly rude to her coworkers. Is she the manager? She shouldn't be. All we saw her do was yell at other employees, play on her phone, and talk to a group of ladies. She needs to get off her high horse.Other than that, our experience was fine. The guys that rang up our order were great and friendly, just a shame they have to deal with

Timothy is the best worker. Always has a smile on his face, and is funny. I personally like self checkout but if Timothy is there I go to his line!

Costco Auto needs some improvement. The way you advertise the savings for Volvo or Audi, for example, that should be the way to do it for all brands so you know upfront the savings. Neither Subaru or Hyundai dealers I contacted showed me any official paper. Subaru reluctantly mention of a 600 off MSRP which I have no knowledge is it was right or not. I ended up buying from somebody else (Cascade Subaru) because the Costco way created frustration and time wasted as both those dealers were far away from where we live.

Pizza from food court was good. Lady working there could've been friendlier. 8/7/2023

A great Costco store, all the best items all the time. Very busy, but always quick to checkout - the associates here seem to love working for Costco!

This location is racist ! I am a black woman that visited the store on 7/25/23, upon entering self checkout two women ran up to me demanding to see my membership card and a photo ID. I pulled up the membership on my phone that I share with my roommate. The workers advised I wouldn’t be able to checkout since I didn’t have my own membership. I advised that I am on her membership, the women claimed to have looked up the account and didn’t see me as member of the household , however , I contacted membership services and they had no trouble locating my name. The other customers behind me were not asked for a photo ID, so why was I?? We have cancelled our membership and will not be returning. As a person of color I am highly disappointed in the treatment I had to endure. This was such an embarrassing experience, I’ll stick with Sam’s Club from now on.

Delivery went off flawlessly. Able to park on side street overnight (at least until you degenerate mongols trash it up). 30 min. Empty. Only 4 stars because I noticed they offer the death shot here.......wake up sheeple!

Brought my grandma (78) here yesterday, she can’t get through the store and everything she needs by herself so me or my mother come with her. I do not have a costco membership, she does, but I live a couple hours away so I don’t really ever go unless with her. Take her through and get everything she’s looking for and go to check out, I like to split her things up so I can pay for a good portion, again she’s almost 80. I told her i’ll check out first and she gave me her membership card, everything’s fine, finish transaction. once I put her few things on that she’s going to pay for she gives her card again and the cashier Alexander K,was instantly audibly bothered that it was the same card, told her he needed to see HER card, once she said that was her card that was just used when I paid, he began scolding her! My 78 year old grandmother was disciplined in the check out line by a costco cashier! She was mortified, he said it is absolutely NOT ALLOWED for a nonmember to make purchases, cash, card, or self check out, and moving forward she is NOT ALLOWED to let me use her card. Didn’t get a free second to explain I just was paying for her. I think it’s really not appropriate for employees to act that way, and especially to a senior citizen. I understand I didn’t have my own personal membership, but I wasn’t doing any personal shopping. Truly disappointing and really not a way to welcome any new potential members either. Wanted to buy a personal membership while i was there with her but now I probably will not and probably won’t return. Really sad.
