CVS in Hudson Ohio is a great store that is well put together, very clean and looking nice. The savings are fantastic with high quality items at very low prices because of the sales and coupons which are so much fun. People at the pharmacy are brilliant and always friendly and the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assisting with photo machines and the photo process. People had a pleasant shopping experience and love the store. Staff availability is hit or miss and staff members are no where to be found, interactions typical. The store is Excellence at its best and thank you for visit.
I called in my prescription saturday, they said it would be ready by monday. Came monday, told to come again today. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, i had to go inside and they told me to come back again tomorrow because they didn’t have it ready yet Unprofessional

This used to be a 1 star review but now that they have John working the pharmacy it’s so much better! It’s great to have a competent person who has good energy and cares about his job and his customers! Thanks John!

I would recommend any other minute clinic, the staff has very poor communication
