CVS in Hudson Ohio is a great store that is well put together, very clean and looking nice. The savings are fantastic with high quality items at very low prices because of the sales and coupons which are so much fun. People at the pharmacy are brilliant and always friendly and the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assisting with photo machines and the photo process. People had a pleasant shopping experience and love the store. Staff availability is hit or miss and staff members are no where to be found, interactions typical. The store is Excellence at its best and thank you for visit.
My insurance prefers CVS. They are always busy, but they do take time to answer questions. I use them for prescriptions, vaccinations, and the Minute Clinic.

You just can't talk to anyone is real people on phone. They put everything on AI and keep asking you leave a message. Picking up prescription shouldn't be that hard.

The store was very well stocked. The pharmacist was kind and helpful when I asked for advice regarding a medication that might help someone with cat allergies with a long time dry cough. She also did not try to sell me a product she knew would not work. I really appreciate that, because I would be none the wiser.
