Customer service is FANTASTIC!! I worked with another company for several years and it was a nightmare. Edwards is so much better. Edwards understands there are real people at the end of the phone or computer. Don't change the way you do things.

Called me after a hospital visit with my child. Sending replacement out. It has been a good experience in the 1st months of service. Needed to change the amout right before shipment and was able to get it changed
