Worst company I have ever worked with to obtain diabetic supplies. They did not update my insurance information nor logged my calls and then said my insurance was out of network and billed me for $1000 worth of diabetic supplies. They did not even attempt to bill my insurance, which still would have paid 60% after I verified with them. I am in the process of reporting them because multiple times they have billed me larger than the actual amount and then I would get return checks in the mail. So much happier with my current supplier. Bri and her supervisor ( in billing) are incredibly rude, condescending and clearly cannot do their jobs.

Edwards Health Care Services have been very great with shipping out my mother's diebetic supplies to her. The last company that I was dealing with were very poor with shipping her supplies to her. Edwards health care services has been very nice to deal with.

EDWARDS Health Care is easy to work with for diabetes care if you don't mind calling & talking to them. At least 1 phone call is mandatory to get what you need.

Edwards healthcare is always a pleasure to work with! They are quick to answer any questions, never long wait times and always help solve any issues that arise quickly! I also appreciate the team that works with the diabetes supplies because every person I’ve talked with clearly understands the importance of the supplies for my daughters diagnosis of type 1.

Very difficult experience with ordering. I thought I had completed resupply ordering multiple times only to find out that was not the case barely received supplies before I ran out. Slow shipping poor communication
