If there were 0 stars this place should receive that. In 2025 having someone xenophobic working in a business like this is not acceptable. As my friends from Spain showed up to rent a car this office simple chose not to rent them a car for no reason what so ever. May be because it was close to 5 or may be because they had an accent, but the very rude employ just said “ you know what I am not going to rent you a car”
Did not matter that the car had been reserved and paid for form Spain…
The rude team actually canceled their reservation. Thanks God for the Talmadge office which came to the rescue and very kindly and with professional behavior assist them on their needs.
As an American I feel shamed of the behavior of this Hudson’s Enterprise office and if I was their manager I would fired them all

I have been renting from this location for many years but lately it has been terrible. Seems to be always something wrong with the cars. Windshield wires, tires, really dirty windshield ( inside) etc. I realize times are tough and this is a small location but there rentals are not cheap so I would expect something better as much money as I spend there.

Great customer service ! Great flexibility! And for them to be so short staff the two main employees gave great attitudes and service skills !! I will Deff be returning to this location next week for vacation rental !!

I worked with DJ in the Hudson office on a 15 passenger van for a wedding and he did a great job. He communicated well with me and was the ultimate professional. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. He even called me after to go over the charges and make sure they were correct. He took ownership and that is rare to find today. Thanks DJ.

Anytime I need a car rental in the local area, I go to Hudson Enterprise Rent-a-car center. Why? Because they are THE BEST! Bailee Brooks is always courteous, helps with a smile and positive attitude, and works with you to get the right car at the right price for my budget. Zak, her manager, is always there to back up his employees decisions and is always customer focused. You can always get terrific customer service at this location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They rarely have a decent variety of cars. I guess the parking is limited. So plan on getting what you get with no choices. I thinks some of the staff there is very condescending. There are other enterprise locations nearby.
